Justcloud is an absolute nightmare!
This company should b banned from the market. Absolutely unbelievable, after numerous attempts to actually cancel something I have not even signed up for (because what they tell you at registration and promise online is something totally different you will have to face after you receive their first email) they simply took the money off my account. They continuously tried to talk me into upgrades and refused listening. Money back guarantee? Clearly stated online and within their registration process, but no response to this.
I clearly cancelled my subscription, all can be proven via email, but second time now, they took money off my account. I had to block my old credit card and order a new one. And even after deleting their desktopn app it started reappearing. Maybe even a virus. Hands off!!
