Well so this SARA It's Totally LYING ABOUT JUSTIN & I Don't even Know him , but as Parent I went thru the Process with my daughter, & No Photographer CHARGED ME ANY MONEY !!!!! Plus i got my receipt , They had some one specially for That, we had to make an appt for another day to take the pics plus they are at the mall with like 5 PEOPLE WORKING !!!!!! There's Not Only one photographer standing there , so I Think it's VERY WRONG TO ACUSSE SOMEONE OF SOMETHING THEY HAVEN'T DONE , & it's TRUE MAKES NO SENSE First she's from GA & Then Say she's from Fl. LOL U GOT BIG ISSUES SARA !!!!!!!

Ok looking at this from all perspectives. Number One. If I don't know anything I do know this. They DO NOT charge anyone thousands of dollars for anything. Everybody has choices. Before jumping in with both feet, do your research on any & everyone. An Agency can not take away a child's dreams. If you believe your child has potential, and if they are old enough to even know what they want you should talk to your child. In the entertainment Industry you get a lot a lot of NO's. It's not personal it's business. I got my start with this company and I had FUN. They never promised my parent I would make millions. I had to learn to get thick skin quick. I got many opportunities, but here's the important thing. My mother would never allow me to do anything immoral, no matter how much I could have made. Decisions that are made are in my best interest, which shows me my mom is not greedy for money. I always told my mom I wanted to take care of her. Her response was to take care of myself she's always going to have because of her Christian foundation & background.  Parents have to shoulder the responsibility for the decisions they make for their kids not the Agencies. No disrespect but it is what it is. As far as pictures I've had more pictures taken than the paparazzi, and we've never came near thousands of dollars for photos even on a yearly basis as upgrades. Nope doesn't happen. I'm out.

I am an ex-employee of the company referred to in the report, and have worked directly with the man who is being accused.
First, this report makes Justin sound like he was strictly a photographer and just took "Sara's" money and "left town". If anyone does ANY research on Model Productions they will find out that they do not have "photographers" but "Directors" whose duties include taking pictures, running an audition including lighting, sound, and a stage among other things. They run auditions daily and take NUMEROUS pictures of those who pass the so called audition. Anyone who becomes involved with Model Productions understands, and is under the impression that they have passed the first so called audition and are now in a final talent show to win a one year contract. Winning this one year contract is the sole reason why anyone even comes out to audition, and why anyone's picture is taken. Sara failed to mention that. In fact this Sara seems to know ALOT of personal information about a photographer who just "took her money and left town." Knowing Justin personally, he NEVER mixes business with personal, so ONLY a person who knew him beyond work (obviously not a customer) would know ANYTHING about him personally.
How can anyone believe this is legit when this report was obviously written by someone who has no evidence to back up what that claim. You can go to www.modelproductions.com and see for yourself what this barbarous company claims to be about. You will see that not one person is a trained photographer, and that photos are not even a FEATURE, but part of a "package" for becoming a finalist in their "talent show". The company's main gimmick is taunting everyone with the possibility of winning a one year contract and becoming a star- not getting your picturces taken by some professional photographer.
This site is to help consumers in making decisions based on true, accurate, and evidence-based facts. This report OBVIOUSLY has been made up by the owners themselves in an attempt to cover their own lousy mistakes. You can see for yourself how many other complaints Model Productions has on this site alone, from ACTUAL CUSTOMERS. I myself was an employee, just as Justin was. I did the EXACT same tasks and NEVER claimed to be a professional photographer to any customer. Customers understand from the beginning that they are NOT paying solely for pictures, but to go through the whole "program" to win a one year contract. So this Sara, claiming that Justin is a con artist who took her little girls dreams away, as well as many others? She must have had a slight memory lapse while writing her report if she was TRULY a legit customer. I would love to see some concrete evidence to back it up. This report is FALSELY ACCUSING an honest and loyal man and is OUTLANDISH AND REPULSIVE to know that this is out for consumer's to read.

To begin with,
I would like to point out that this was posted by someone supposedly from Augusta, Ga but is signed at the end with a Ft. Lauderdale address... which so happens to be one of the two main bases of operations for Model Productions. Secondly, if you take a look shortly before this complaint was filed... you will see my resignation with explanation posted on this website because of the atrocities this company has committed.

If you notice in the rebuttals of that statement supposedly from a Model Productions customer, they show what is apparently inside information of the company. Obviously this was posted by one of the family members who even accidentally slips by saying "our company." I left this company along with several other Model Productions employees due to the unethical and greedy actions of the operating family members both to its clients as well as its employees.

Also, if you look at every one of their "consumer rebuttals," including this accusation, they were each posted within the same week and many even on the same day. This is a malicious company stealing people's dreams while attempting to pose as "a good Christian Family Business."

I walked away from the 6 figure income they were giving me in commission because I discovered they were doing almost NOTHING to help out all the people we were signing. I did only work for them for 3 months, I netted them roughly $70,000 in Augusta, GA and I walked away without even asking for my final paycheck because I felt like it was dirty money. EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR EVER COLLECTED BY MY TEAM WAS DEPOSITED DIRECTLY INTO THE MODEL PRODUCTIONS ACCOUNTS. I have deposit slips, customer rosters AND the ACCOUNTING RECORDS TO PROVE IT.

Furthermore, I am not a professional photographer, nor have I ever claimed to be. I do not nor have I ever sold photos, photoshoot time or services in any way. The ONLY photography experience I have is taking pictures directly for Model Productions and its unfortunate customers.

I demand that this be removed as an outrageous and untruthful statement intended to blame the horrific actions of this company on an employee who exposed their tangled web of deceit. I have never stolen a dime from anyone and I WILL NOT sit idly by while this company tries to cover their dirty tracks by throwing former employees and good people under the bus.

If you are going to make a statement like this then I suggest you bring some evidence to back it up because this is false information and that means that you are violating the law by SLANDERING my good name. Also, this is a violation of my privacy by placing my personal information including my full name, and place of residence on the internet. I demand this be removed or I will seek legal action for punitive damages.
