After pre-paying them $200 to clean what was less the 700 sq ft, (which included the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and living room) they still left things completely uncleaned!!! All the bottom shelves and lamp shades in the living room were not dusted. The stove was not cleaned thoroughly. Streaks were left on the bathroom floor and the window sills behind the blinds weren't even touched. This company DOES NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO DETAIL. The next time we pay a company so much money to clean such a small area, I expect perfection!

Yes, I have to agree with you on the falsified information Justus Cleaning Services provided..."stating that (he is) the Director of Operations on one website, then the owner of the Justus Cleaning Services on BBB. He actually stated in court that he was not the owner of Justus Cleaning Services.
In addition to that on another website (he states he) certified Code Green Fitness as a Certified Green Business when in fact it was done by the company E.C.O.

Contact the named court and ask why you were not notified so you could defend yourself?
One of two things are happening here.
1 It's a fake and there's no such judgment OR
2 you were not served correctly (Sewer Service, meaning they deliberately sent a summons to the wrong adderss) That's a crime and you badly need to find out exactly what happened here.

I am sorry deserve2bpaid did not win. I believe she has every right to be paid for the work she did!
Sometimes the law isn't always on the honest person"s side.
Sometimes its the liars that win...As we saw with the OJ/ Nicole Simpson murder case and the Michael Jackson molestation case. It seems to me if she did any work for you, then you are the one that will be carrying bad Karma around with you.
Steven Monk, You are laughing at the defamation winnings...think again! You just took away our first right in America. Freedom of Speech! And that includes the freedom to anyone's opinion on the website too.
From what I can see, you continue to lie in several areas including what sounds like you did to deserve2bpaid.
The other lies being you stating that you are the Director of Operations on one website, then the owner of the Justus Cleaning Services on BBB. In addition to that on another website you state you certified Code Green Fitness as a Certified Green Business when it looks like that was done by the company E.C.O.
So with all these other lies...how would anyone believe you? Or think you deserve any money for defamation? It seems like you defame yourself quite enough!

The Court, having taken the above entitled matter under submission on 6/17/2010 and having fully considered the arguments of all parties, both written and oral, as well as the evidence presented, now rules as follows: The Court finds judgement for Justus Cleaning Services.LLC aganist Roxanne Marie Dean in the amount of $2500.00 damages, $140.00 cost as to Defendants Claim. Court finds Plantiff has defamed this business by publishing false and damaging writings which have damaged and caused harm to said business. Please remove all contents that Roxanne Marie Dean has frivolous written concerning Justus Cleaning Services and please do not allow any contents from this disgruntled person. Thank You!
