K & M Electronics Very Clean Ebay Ripoff that is hard to discover Tucker Georgia

Online electronics retailer is using an unusual scam to rip-off unsuspecting consumers.

I was searching for a Sprint based cell phone for my wife to give as a Christmas present when I stumbled upon a phone for sale by K & M Electronics. The ad stated the phone was a brand new in the box Samsung phone that was also a PDA.

I bid on and won the auction and the company shipped me the phone which I received in new condition in the box. The deal was good and the delivery was fast and I gave them a positive feedback rating.

I charged up the phone and activated it through Sprint and it worked fine. However, I was not able to get the software that synched the phone to my computer to work. After 3 months the phone stopped charging and appeared to need a new battery.

I took the phone to a Sprint store to get a replacement battery and they informed me my phone was built for the European market and that they would not provide parts or service the phone in the U.S. They asked me where I had purchased a European phone and we I told them they warned me about buying phones from Ebay sellers.

I was never able to get a replacement battery for the phone and finally threw it in the garbage in frustration.
