We recently went to Kay's Jewelers. I made it clear that I was not purchasing anything yet, and I was doing research. My original wedding band was stolen and I am replacing it. The first sales person was very nice. However, then the manager came out and she was extremely pushy. Telling me she could do a one time only deal and such. She went so far as to leave, fill out the sales slip and give it to me with this supposedly amazing discount because 'someone didn't use their coupon'. I eventually just left very upset. They did not focus on helping me find a ring, just making a sale. To top everything off, the diamonds are very over priced. This was the kicker, when I got home my husband got on the website. Turns out this once in lifetime deal we were offered was more than 300.00 for the same ring listed on the web!!! Plus, in the store, it was marked up over 800.00 more than the web price! Do not buy from kays. Go somewhere the prices are legitimate and you get more value for your money like Shane company or somwhere like that.
