KB Bulldogs advertises that they are a breeder of english bulldog puppies and that they raise them all in their home. This is A LIE!!! They do not breed any puppies in their home, they buy puppies from puppy mills in Oklahoma and Arkansas, and what is worse they are setting up small puppy mills in Houston to feed their operation. They enter into agreements with families buying their puppies to breed them and sell them back. KB Bulldogs then advertises the puppies on their website and sells them for a share of the profits. We purchased a puppy from this puppy mill and it was a disaster. It was very sick, there were problems with the papers, and it was obvious that it was underweight and had never been played with or held. Further investigation into this so-called breeder found that they are not even breeding them themselves. We were lied to plain and simple. When you look at their website they don't have any pictures of the females which we should have realized was a big red flag. Then we just found out that she is advertising she just had 6 new litters. 6 LITTERS!!! There is absolutely no way that you can personally have 6 litters in your home, give each puppy the love and attention they need, and not be a puppy mill. Anyone considering a bulldog puppy in the Houston area should stay away from KB Bulldogs found at www.ebulldogs.net. They ripped us off, misrepresented who they are and what they are doing, and are using these poor defenseless puppies as their sole source of income. There are plenty of good breeders in Houston and this is definitely not one of them.

Too much competition?

AUTHOR: RRowe - (USA)

My name is Rickey.  I have tried to use RipoffReport.com to find out information about companies for years.

Recently I came across three reports:  634792, 570590 and 582767.

One of these reports contained a phone number for a veterinarians office which we contacted and they had nothing but nice things to say about www.ebulldogs.net and the person that had been slammed (Kelli).

Another check into a phone number listed in report number 634792 was supposedly written by a lady named Danielle.  I called Danielle.  She told me that she had not written the report at all, but that the report had actually been written by another breeder who she befriended named Tim.

As I went through all of the reports I found that all three reports were started by this same writer, Tim.

I find it a shame that a breeder would write things about competition using this system and pretend that they were, in fact, customers.

I am now questioning all of the reports that I have read on this system and wonder whether or not this is just a system where one company can file reports in order to get competing companies maligned?

I would suggest that anyone using www.RipoffReports.com check ALL OF THE INFORMATION CAREFULLY.  Clearly what I have found out about www.ebulldogs.net was all manufactured by a
competing breeder who must have decided that someone was becoming a concern in them cornering the market in a business field.

Do your homework.  Call all the numbers that you find in the reports and BE CAREFUL to remember that most of what you read on the internet is just junk.

Another one of Kellie's Gang can't dispute the facts

AUTHOR: Tim - (United States of America)

What a surprise. Another member of the puppy mill ring writing a glowing commentary about their experiences. The main problem is that once again they are not disputing that these people are a puppy mill and are lying in their advertisement. Why are they not disputing it? Because they can't. Anyone who reads this information can visit their website and see that they are advertsing all the puppies are raised in Kelli's home, but the TRUTH is they are not. They are being farmed by several families contributing to the puppy ring.

What they don't seem to understand is that it doesn't matter how nice they are, how well they manipulate people into believing what they are doing is a good thing, or how hard they believe in their own lies...the bottom line is they are lying and profiting from the mass production of puppies as their sole source of income. Their victims are the new buyers and the poor puppies caught in the middle.

So if they can't dispute the facts the next best thing is to attack the messenger. This is all my fault for bringing to the public's attention, they say. I must have some personal vendetta against them or somehow will gain financially. I must be the "one person" who had a bad experience. Why not just dispute the facts instead of questioning my motives? Again, they can't.

The undisputed truth here is that I represent not one person who had a bad experience but every one of the hundreds of people that has been lied to, manipulated, and decieved by this puppy mill/ring. We are not trying to get the last word, but make sure that everyone reading this case has a clear understanding of the facts so they can make an informed decision. A puppy mill will always be afraid of the facts and try to convince you they are not important. Their only goal is money money money and will try to eliminate everything standing in their way...even if that something is the truth.

Wow, this "Tim" guy is even wierder than we had been told!

AUTHOR: RRowe - (United States of America)

I purchased a puppy from Kelli last year and referred friends to her this year.  She was very helpful and I can say that both myself and my friends have received healthy, socialized, well-behaved puppies.  I was told that some guy was out there with a vindetta of some sort.  I can't imagine why this guy is on this rampage.  I was at her home the other day and she was not only friendly and outgoing as usual, but she was helpful to people who weren't even there to purchase a puppy from her.  Oh well, guess it's true, there's always one person out there who can't be pleased.

I assume that we'll hear again from this "Tim" since he loves to have the last word.

More of the same...

AUTHOR: Tim - (United States of America)

Let's take a minute to break down the last rebuttal from the same person who files every rebuttal so far:

1) ...someone is badmouthing KB Bulldogs - The truth is that nothing but the undisputable facts are being presented here. FACT, KB Bulldogs advertises that the puppies are raised in HER home with HER adults. NOT TRUE. They have admitted they are a ring of people all raising puppies to "feed" her website. That is a fact which cannot be disputed.

2) ...we personally stayed at her home - That must be when you developed your relationship with her and joined the ring of 7 families in business together.

3) ...claims that she has no dogs is ridiculous - Really? Where are they? On her website? No. Living at her house? They have admitted that there are 7 families with dogs that are breeding to feed the ring/mill. So where is the discrepancy?

4) ...I believe that Missy died from old age - it would be interesting to find out how many litters poor Missy suffered through in her lifetime to feed their website. Definately puppy mill behavior.

5) We find it ludicrous that someone has chosen this venue to malign a group of girls who have provided healthy and happy puppies to lots of people... - What other venue would be more appropriate to warn the public that they are being deceived? That is what this venue is for. Providing the truth, even when it isn't convenient to those that would prey on unsuspecting families. The fact that this group of girls has chosen to earn their living exploiting these beautiful creatures is sickening.

6) ...by not including your email or phone number or photo are all indications of who the true scammer is here - What are you talking about? How can someone presenting the truth using undisputable facts be a scammer? What do we have to gain by pointing out that there is a ring of people lying to buyers? There is a community of bulldog lovers in Houston who have seen the devastation caused by this ring/mill and felt it important to give people the truth to make their own decision. Is anyone telling buyers to "buy here instead of there"? No. The only thing that is being presented here are facts that the ring/mill don't want you to know or ask about.

7) ...your p****ing match has become the laughing stock of all the KB's clients. This is obviously a very emotional response to the information we are providing. It is obvious that this poster is financially tied to KB Bulldogs and somehow feels threatened that having the truth come out will affect their business. There may very well be many people who will accept the well rehearsed "spin" to explain what it is they are doing, but if just one familiy saves themselves years of heartache with the information we have provided, in our opinion it is worth it.

8) If anyone would like to email ME directly to get more information about our experience... - Does this person really expect anyone to believe that someone in the mill/ring is going to provide an objective opinion? If anyone did contact them directly, how would they convince you that it was a good thing that puppies are cranked out froma  group of families to "feed" a website that claims they are all raised in Kelli's house with her?

Money has a strange way of making people do things they would not normally do and we find this more and more with english bulldogs. From the Nigerian scams advertising puppies for $300 if you send it to them Western Union, to flea market/pet store puppies raised in horrible conditions, to mass producing mills/rings which justify their never-ending greed by funneling their puppies through a website claiming to something else. Let's just hope that these poor puppy's suffering wont continue much longer.

Tim - You started the pissing match . . . we're just putting in our answers to your continued harrassment of someone who is doing a KILLER job of producing wonderful pets!!

AUTHOR: Christianne - (United States of America)

Hello to all five of the people who actually read this silly thing.  We were made aware that some person named "Tim" was badmouthing Kelli Lowery and KB's Beauties & Beasts.  We thought it was rather silly until we began to read his ridiculous claims.  We personally stayed at Kelli's home (with our new puppy and our family) when she hosted us because we wanted to carry our dog home with us and it was a very long trip (we drove in from Virginia).  While we were there she had two litters that were just born and they were in little swimming pools with the mama dogs so Tim's claims that she has no dogs is ridiculous.  When we purchased from her she had Missy, Sassy, Pooh, Roscoe, Chewey and Madison.  I believe that Missy died from old age (13 years old . . . not bad for a "puppy mill" dog per Tim's claims) this year so I don't know who she has since we came there and visited.  Tim, you have made repeated claims that you are with a "prominant" veterinarian.  To our knowledge of the Houston area (since I was stationed there for over 13 years in law enforcement) there were only a select few prominant and reputable bulldog-level veterinarians -- Brittmoore Animal Hospital, Suburbia Animal Hospital and Triangle Animal Hospital.  Do you work at one of these three?  We find it ludicrous that someone has chosen this venue to malign a group of girls who have provided healthy and happy puppies to lots of people not only within the US but to several other countries as well.  We assume that your lack of ability to "show your face" by not including your email or phone number or photo are all indications of who the true scammer is here.  Good luck Tim, hope that you get a profitable hobby soon . . . your pissing match has become the laughing stock of all the KB's clients.

PS - If anyone would like to email ME directly to get more information about our experience, or if "Tim" would like to crawl out from under his rock, you may do so:  (((Redacted)))

Circle the Wagons Time!

AUTHOR: Tim - (United States of America)

Kellie is obviously asking her friends and others in her puppy mill/ring to add comments here to further confuse protential victims. At the very least, everyone now knows that KB Bullies is not a single breeder as advertised on her website. They are in fact a group of backyard breeders that have banded together for profit and to supply Kelli with a steady stream of puppies for her to sell. It really doesnt matter what her intentions are, the truth is she is lying to people. She CANNOT honestly say how these puppies are being treated when they are being raised in the home of another. All she can do is assume. It really doesn't matter how her and her gang present themselves, the definition of what she is doing is a puppy broker. End of story. So Kelli should stop advertising herself as a breeder when she is simply a broker. Be honest with the world. What do you have to hide?

Again, questions about our motives for posting the truth. It is the history of cheats, liars, and politicians to deflect people from the truth with questions about motive. A lawyer will try to impune a witness' credibility to make the facts seem less important. Shouldn't the focus be on the simple comparison between what is stated on ebulldogs.net and what was admitted to here by one of the farmers in the puppy ring? That she advertises herself as a single breeder when she is a broker? How about the admitted fact that they are all breeding bulldogs to feed their website like that is somehow a noble cause. That is the same rationale that every puppy mill (and drug dealer) has, that they are simply responding to market demand. Lots of people want puppies so we should get as many people together as possible to breed them, regardless of knowledge or experience. Kelli is actively recruiting more and more families to buy one of her ring's females and she will split the profits if they breed her. If there was nothing wrong with it, why not put it on the website?

It is horrible that Kelli has involved so many people in her quest for money without having a job. She claims that she doesn't have enough room for all the bulldog puppies that she needs, but she has a home on a large piece of land with lots of buildings and dog kennels with dog runs. I guess the correct way to phrase it is she needs help in farming bulldog puppies to provide her with the income level she needs. Do the puppies and their new owners suffer because of the ring's greed? You bet they do. Their puppies are always underweight and prone to personality problems as they get older. Our office has rescued a dozen adult bulldogs that were traced to this puppy mill and what they all have in common is the personality defects which were presented early on. This is a direct result of their environment during the first 8 weeks of their life. Of course Kelli can't tell her victims about what goes on during that critical first 8 weeks because she doesn't really know what happens, does she.

Well, we have finally taken a stand on behalf of the poor bulldog puppies this mill/ring is farming in Houston and we are glad that everyone will now know the truth. We are thankful to one of the ring members coming forward and admitting that they are lying on their website. It is because of these whistle-blowers that people in Houston can make informed decisions with the right information. There will undoubtedly be more KB Bullies/ Kb Bulldog members and fans to come forward to refute the facts and try to spin it so they can keep the money flowing. We wish every potential victim is able to see them for who they are and avoid heartbreak.

THE TRUTH REVEALED

AUTHOR: Tim - (United States of America)

Finally an acknowledgement that KB Bulldogs/ KB Bullies is not telling the truth. The facts: On their website ebulldogs.net there is the following quote, "By raising our pups in our home they have much better temperaments than those who are kennel or pet store raised." They finally admitted that this is a lie. Kellie is not raising these puppies in their home. She has grown her outsourced farm to 7 families which are all profiting from the production and sale of bulldog puppies. No matter how you try to spin it, the truth remains that KB Bulldogs is falsely advertising themselves on their website and to potential customers. they may all have the best intentions, but the fact remains they are all financially dependent on the sale of bulldog puppies and will vouch for each other.

I work at a prominant veterinarian in Houston and have seen dozen's of puppies from KB bulldogs. What they all have in common is they are very underweight for their age, overly timid for a bulldog puppy, and often have health issues. Having a one year health guarantee is meaningless when there is no money refunded. If you have a sick puppy they tell you to return it for another. How can anyone who grows attached to a puppy give them up for another which may be sick too? That is what they are counting on. They also claim to offer puppy health insurance. This is another puppy mill trick because when you read the fine print the insurance does not cover anything but catastrophic problems and the deductables are so high it is worthless. All smoke and mirrors to give you a false sense of dealing with a reputable breeder.

As previously stated, the reason for our original report was to present the facts and to point out that this breeder is not being honest. We so many underweight puppies that are sickly we felt it was the right thing to do. We have not financial interest in what KB Bulldogs is doing, but there is an ethical responsiblity to let everyone know what is going on. The two rebuttals raise the question of what the motivation someone would have to point out the facts of their operation. The real question they should be asking themselves is, "why are we lying to people for money?". If what they were doing was ok, why not advertise it on their website? Why not tell everyone just how many puppies the gang of 7 is cranking out in a year? They are also looking for familiy number 8 who is looking for a money making opportunity.

This puppy farm group has convinced themselves that they are doing a good thing by profiting from the large volume breeding of bulldog puppies. They have rationalized their greed and are skilled at talking others into it as well. They are just as happy for you to call them as a used car dealer is for you to step on their car lot. Master manipulators with their eye on your money no matter what the cost.

The truth is that with any breeder, if they don't personally own the parents and personally raise the puppies, they have no real idea what is going on. How can Kelli honestly tell you how the puppy is being raised when she is assuming how they are being taken care of? The answer is she can't. Don't be fooled by the story they are a group of friends that banded together for the lofty goal of raising healthy puppies. Kelli has been growing her puppy farm with the promise of riches to families that would supply her with puppies. A despicable practice which should be stopped, but unfortunately can't be. Maybe now that they have exposed themselves as lying on their website and customer presentation people will have the information they need to make a good decision for themselves.

...also a few last tips for the prospective buyer: find a breeder (any breeder) that owns both parents if possible or at least the female at a minimum. Stay away from any breeder that has a high volume of puppies (puppy mill red flag). Never purchase a puppy from anyone that is not the legal owner listed on the AKC registration form. Any puppy mill can sugar coat and spin their problems to appear reputable. It is very difficult to explain high volume, not owning parents, and AKC ownership. Watch out for the red flags and don't be seduced by the greedy puppy mills/rings out there.

ebulldogs.net AND Kelli Lowery treated us like royalty!!

AUTHOR: Christianne - (United States of America)

We purchased a bulldog from Kelli in 2001.  At that time she had nine puppies of her own from a female that she owned.  She readily told us that her friend owned the male and that she did not have enough space in her home to own enough bulldogs to keep a website full of puppies.  We agreed with her way of doing things because we did not want to purchase a PUPPY MILL puppy, we wanted only a socialized and very loving dog.  In 2006 we purchased a second puppy from her.  Both of these dogs came to us potty trained, current on shots, included a letter from a veterinarian stating that they had great health and we love them as much as we love our children.  We were alerted by Kelli that someone had posted some nonsense onto this website and wanted to take the time to refute their experience.  Kelli has answered all of our quesrtions (both before the sale and after) any time we needed her.  She once went with us to the emergency hospital when one of our horses stepped onto one of the dogs that we owned.  Additionally, she has boarded not only the dogs that she sold to us (INSIDE HER HOME), but also kept our cat.  We can only assume that this anonymous person out there is trying to get something for nothing or is another breeder who is jealous that they cannot provide the same level of care for their clients that Kelli does.  We would be happy to answer ANY questions that anyone has, we do not need to be anonymous!  My name is Melinda and I can be reached through (((ROR redacted))).

Immoral, unethical and unscrupulous people with unprofessional attitudes post these types of things.

AUTHOR: Christianne - (United States of America)

First let me state that ALWAYS tell every potential client that we do NOT have a puppy mill.  There are seven of us total (our "real jobs" are as follows:  a retired physical therapist, a stay-at-home-mom, a respiratory therapist, an RN, a wife of a Sheriff's deputy, a school teacher, and myself -- a retired legal assistant who piddles in real estate).  This information, as well as extensive references are given to each and every person BEFORE they ever become a part of our furr-family.  Sometimes we have puppies all at the same time, sometimes we have no puppies at all, but in order to keep the website up and running WITHOUT having a puppy mill we had to band together.   This being said, we know that there are disgruntled people out there who either couldn't afford one of our puppies, or are upset because we have such a great reputation in this business and they are "back-yard" breeders who cannot compete with our one-year health guarantee and free pet insurance provided to all our new furr-family members.  Anyone who has any questions about who we are or how we do business is welcome to call us directly at 281 -738- 3362 so that we can try to set aside any confusion that these unethical persons may have caused for our potential clients.  Please note that the person who wrote the original complaint remains nameless and faceless.  We do not need to hide, we are exactly who we say we are.  I am a member of the Citizen's Police Academy, have taught AWANAs at my church, attend our local Methodist church, am a mother, a former foster mother to 17 children -- adopted two, volunteer with various charitable organizations in the Montgomery/Conroe area and would be happy to meet with anyone who questions our moral compass.  Additionally, I would love for the person named "Tim" to step forward as I am certain that they are receiving copies of these emails as they are posted to acknoweldge themselves to the other concerned citizens.

KB Bulldogs is a slick puppy BROKER

AUTHOR: Tim - (United States of America)

The rebuttal given claims they are a buyer from KB Bulldogs/ KB Beauties which we believe is true. What they did not tell you is that they are involved in the scam. Kelli DOES NOT BREED THE PUPPIES IN HER HOME. She buys puppies from puppy mills and from other families. Her scam is to sell you a female and then get you to breed it. She then buys your puppies at a discount and sells them for full price on her website. This is why she does not have pictures of the adults on her website, only has puppy pictures, and until recently only showed you the puppy pictures when they were 6 weeks old. Nobody in their right mind would buy a puppy from a pet store because everyone knows their puppies are coming from a puppy mill. What is worse about Kelli is that she is claming to be somethign that she is not. She does not raise the puppies in HER home which is stated on her website. She has no control over what conditions they live in or how they are raised. She lies to you when you ask her about specifics which is a huge red flag. The AKC paperwork you get is not from Kelli or KB Bulldogs and she gives you a BS story about why the puppies do not belong to her. Kelli is using the breeding of bulldog puppies as her career and her sole source of income. She is devious and has practiced her sales tactics to get you to believe the way her scam works is the best way to buy bulldogs. The people who placed the rebuttal to our report are one of the families that is involved in her scam although they will not admit it. They are financially tied to Kelli because they rely on her to sell their litters. This is nothing more than a puppy mill distributed among several unreputable famlies. They are all in bed together and are willing to cover for each other. Our motives for filing the report is so that the truth comes out. We present nothing more than the facts and have nothing to gain financially by it. Everyone should know about this dishonest puppy broker. There are plenty of breeders of all breeds that have one litter at a time, raise the puppies in their home, and give them all of the love and attention they deserve. Kelli at KB bulldogs and KB Beauties is avoiding AKC scrutiny by not having all of these litters in her name. AKC regulates breeders when they reach a certain annual volume. This is her way of avoiding any regulation because she is simply a broker. DON'T LET THEM LIE TO YOU. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BAD PUPPY BROKER!!!

Kelli Lowery KB's WONDERFUL breeders

AUTHOR: Christianne - (United States of America)

I purchased two bulldogs . . . one from KB's Beauties and Beasts and one from a pet store in The Woodlands.  I paid $2200 for the puppy from Kelli at KB's and I paid $3600 for the puppy from the Woodlands Mall.  The puppy that I bought from Kelli was AKC registered and was potty trained.  The girl that I bought from the Mall was the color that I wanted, but she is still NOT potty trained and she is not social.  She continues to bite at our friends and their children and she is tries to fight with the bulldog that we got from Kelli when we feed them.  I would NEVER buy another bulldog from a pet store again.  We recommend all our friends to purchase their puppies from Kelli so that they get home-raised, potty trained dogs with a one-year health guarantee.  We have spent over $3200 getting the pet-store puppy repaired from skin conditions, eye problems, etc.  Call Kelli at 281-738-3362 if you want a puppy or call us at 832-381-8305 if you want us to speak with you about a personal reference for Kelli and her bulldog puppies.  We note that another famil put thei rinformation in as "anonymous" and did not give their phonenumbers to contact them .. . we guess that was because they are other breeders competing for business or were unscrupulous people who were trying to get something for nothing.  You are welcome to call US ANYTIME!!  We are local to the Bryan, Texas area.  WHOOOP . . . go TAMU!! :)
