KC Promotions tried to run my check through before the date i indicated, of course it bounced. I later looked them up online and found no way of contacting KC Promotions I find them to be a rip off company when i looked at the card they gave me it had no contact info only the Automotive place.
I now have EPS Electronic Payment Systems located in Iowa, who has a contract with KC Promotions calling me to collect the $50.00 that didnt go threw my account.
When I was contacted by EPS I was asked very abruptly if i was going to pay the debt I owed to KC Promotions. I asked if they could send me something in writting, they replied with... Lady we have already sent you 2 letters, that you are ignoring, are you gonna pay it or not. I assured them that i had not received any letters. They insisted I was LYING. Turns out the had my address wrong.
I looked up EPS online and got the main number, I called them to file a complaint on the person who had called me. I spoke to a man that said he was both Vice President and President of the company. When I told him what happened, that I got a rude phone call from his employee and I was not read the mini moranda. He told me... Dont get LUMBO JUMBO with me that he was an Atty. and he knows the law. He then said ... You can go ahead and play lawyer/detective and look us up online I really dont care but you still need to pay what you owe. I replied with I want a letter in writting then I will pay the $50.00. He said.. I will send you your letter and also said that he can charge me 3 times the amount owed and if i do not pay it my license will be taken away. I NOW know why his employees treat people the way they do.
