We called them out to fix a noise our dryer was making (Barely over 2 year old Samsung front loader). Well any repairman knows that dryer normally wear out the rollers if they are making noise. They came out and charged 70 dollars to tell us what was wrong and did not fix a thing. Then they wanted to charge over 300.00 dollars more due to supposedly having a bad drum. It was not bad it needed 1 roller that was 22.00. I have photos to show that it was in great shape. I called them after i figured out it was fine and the did nothing to make it right. I had multiple photos that anyone can look at and I told Ken's Speedy Appliance this and they did nothing except cash my check. I was ripped off and had to fix myself. I will never use them again and i am spreading the word around that they are rip off artist!!
