KG Global Inc Karsten Goetze, Fraudulently change terms when they disagree with customer Internet

Beware of this instrument dealer before you consider purchasing an instrument from them. They employ gotcha tactics in an attempt to entrap consumers with a purchase that doesn't meet the condition it was described to be in and no recourse other than taking them to court which is costly and slow.

In my case, I purchased an instrument from them last year, which as all their instruments have was limited to a 5 day inspection period. What I didn't realize at time of purchase was that this inspection period is intended to include shipping time back to the company in FL, so if you order from anywhere outside of Florida, this 5 day period is effectively 1 or 2 days at best when you factor in shipping time to return it. Seriously consider if 1 or 2 days is really enough time for you to effectively assess your instrument before you order!
