In July 12th I took my car to the Suburban Kia in Vernon Connecticut with same problem. The car had kept two days in there. Next day after I picked up my car, I found the car has the same problem I was unshorn and couldn't believe it's the still same. After I made shore I called Kia service and made another appointment for take my car back.
In julay 26th my husband took back the car to the Kia service again. He had been told > that they had told us to need replacement, in January when they chenge the passenger side front bearigns (left front bearing replaced on July 12th, passenger side rear rim had replaced on January 9th which is recommended by Kia service specialist) they have not told us on July 12th the rims have to be replace also.They have been given my husband a hand written note on a scrap paper, instead of a complete invoice.
I have called Kia consumer service, explained them what happened and next day vent back to the Kia service. After they tested the car they gave me invoice with almost $900 (nine hundred dollars) that I have to pay for fix the problem. They told me that i need new whells, tires, and bearing. the tires had replaced five months ago,and on the invoice writting that I had declined repairs have to done on the car.
I told them before they tested to the car.
I have called back to Kia consumer service explained my concerns about my and my family's safety and they were not realy hear about our safety
Fallowing week i took my car Crowley Kia in Bristol, Told them my special consern about bearing and wanted the chek every things. I had pay extra $90(ninety dolars) to make a special lub on the car.
What i got was totaly diffirenthen my consern, they have replaced almost entire brakes, and told us there is nothing wrong with the bearings I paid almost $700(seven hundred dolars). And car got broke down on the same day that we picked up. wWe had to tow the car to the Suburban Kia and the problem was the left side bearing again. wich they had change just month ago and they did not fix it under waranty we paid $99(ninety-nine dolars) for it and all this repair time we had paid $250 (two-hundred-fifty dolers) for rental car
If you wanna buy a Kia think twice!! they are realy junk.
