Hey Paul, you sure have a big mouth and like to run it. Why don't you stop bad mouthing people. We are trying to get Scam artists arrested. But you know what Mr. Paul...I did get a loan, a 10k loan at the end of Sept. Money is in my bank right now. Also within the past month I had started a new job which probably pays more in one year then you'll make in a lifetime.

Yes, I was scammed, and I am one of the fortunate ones who was able to take it as a loss and move on. And I wish the best of luck to everyone else out there who fell prey into their hands. But, Paul, Mr. Know-It-All... you are nothing but a loud mouthed obnoxious a$$ with no life and have to make yourself feel good about yourself by putting others down. Find a life and stop badmouthing people you jerk

Certainly NOT the better business bureau!

For the price of one fake bill, a crooked company can join the better business bureau. Then, they can use their seal of approval to cheat even more people. Can you trust their rating system to give you the honest truth? I wouldn't bet my life savings on it, that's for sure!

When you want to see the real fraud, you need the BAD businessbureau! From the minute the scam first hits the streets, the victims start coming here and filing complaints.

So, don't get left holding the bag. Don't whine about how you didn't know it was a fraud. And, don't get taken to the cleaners time and time again.

If it's fairy tales you want, then turn to the better business bureau.

But, when it's YOUR money on the line, and you can't afford to get cheated, then check it out with the BADbusinessbureau.com!

They are still out there

AUTHOR: Jamie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 19, 2004

I have just been scammed by the same company. But it seems I am 2 companies off. This company is also using the names Metro Capital Consulting out of Colorado, and Kirkland Russell and Thomson in Texas. I don't know if they will have be caught. When I spoke to the BBB today, they didn't seem to know a whole lot about the situation. They didn't even know the company was really based out of Canada instead of Colorado. Anyone have and suggestions??

Sorry For the Drama. I went to Iraq and served for a coutry so they could have freedom of speech and that is what you got. I will never trust the BBB again, I thank you for this site

This is a site that is suppose to help people. I also believe that this is a site that assures people that they are not alone. I thank everyone who understands that mistakes happen and understand what it is like to have bad credit and a lot of debt. I also appreciate the people who are against me trying to help people.

I went to Iraq and served for a coutry so they could have freedom of speech and that is what you got.

I am in the army and in the army you are not aloud to have two jobs. You have your one job you are a soldier 24/7 I am just overwhelmed with bills and was looking for a quick fix instead of praying about it.

I am aware of the mistake I have made but I have used internet companies before so I was caught off guard and it happened.

I am mad enough at myself for the damage that I have caused now I have more bills late and help some people get a new car or whatever. And I have had four jobs at one point to make ends meet.

I am only 22 and like most people in america I am human and in debt. Nobody is perfect. But i did learn a lesson.

I will never trust the BBB again and I will always research first and I suggest everyone do that. I hope that I am able to pull out of this. Anyway I am sorry for the drama that might have come on this site. I thank you for this site because it made me feel not so alone. I just wish so many people didn't have this happen to them.

Good intentions, Shannon! Unfortunately, fraud is one enemy that can't be beaten!

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 19, 2004

Shannon, I have posted suggestions on this site for over a month now. I probably spent 100 hours or more reading the fraud and trying to come up with some way to put a stop to it.

Here's what I have come to realize.

It would be easier to stop the wind from blowing.

You said it best. People with bad credit are desperate. They'll try anything. Hoping that it will work.

There will always be desperate people. People who are out of work. People who can't seem to get ahead, or even make ends meet. The only real hope these people have is what they are able to do for themselves.

Unfortunately, they always turn to someone who claims to have all the answers. Of course, they won't help them. All they will do is steal what little money they have.

I have not found any way to stop this. After 100 hours here, the most that I accomplished was to help drive one phone scam out of business. Of course, only for a month or two. They'll just change names and start right back up again. Six months from now, I'll come back and see the same thing all over again.

In your case, the fake loan scam, the victims never come here first. They see the loan, and send the money. When the money is long gone, then they come here and read about it. Of course, it's too late then. Yes, some people do see this site first. It does help some people. But, there are always plenty of victims for the frauds to cheat.

There is nothing you or I can do, either. Come back next month. Read the newest frauds. You will see the loan scam has many new victims. Even with all your messages here, people will still go out and try to get the loans.

The reality is that there is no way to stop fraud from hurting others. All you can do is keep it from getting you again. If you can learn from this, and never let it happen to you ever again, then, maybe, it was worth the price you paid.

Best of luck to you, Shannon!

Harsh comments? Give away all your money, then you'll learn what harsh really is!

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, October 18, 2004

You sent for a fake loan too, AA? Too bad. It's always the poorest people who lose the most.

Tell me now, after you sent out your $500, did you get anything in return? Of course not!

So, explain to me, how did your desperate measures help you? I'd like to know how giving away your money improved your life. There is a difference between desperate and stupid. Working two jobs to make ends meet; that's desperate. Sending money to a fraud; that's stupid.

I haven't worked a day in the last 4 months. No paycheck. No unemployment. No welfare. Nothing. Yet, you don't see me sending money away for a fake loan.

And, where is this $100,000 job you're talking about? In your dreams, I guess. In my last job, I worked 100 hours a week. I was lucky to make $40,000 a year. If you want to make that, search google for truck driving job. They'll hire you and help you get the license. Of course, the job will probably be too harsh for you.

AA from Jersey, you really don't know what you're talking about. And, you sure as hell don't know what harsh is. But you got a good chance to learn. Just keep sending out all your money for these fake loans. When you're down to nothing, and sleeping on a bus bench on a cold winter day, you'll learn what harsh really is.

Then, when you're cold and hungry, sitting outside all alone in the dark, you'll wish someone harsh like me was around before you wasted the little bit of money you did have.

Poverty is no excuse for stupidity!

Scammed Out of Money

AUTHOR: A - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, October 18, 2004

Paul from Anaheim, CA Some people do not earn enough money to live on. Some people are desperate and have to call on desperate measures. I am sure if all of us here were making enough, we wouldnt be looking for a loan. I have a better idea Mr. Paul from Anaheim, CA...why don't you hire all of us who filed a report because we were scammed and offer us a $100,000 a year job. That will make things better. You were too harsh in your comments. I think nothing of you except and egotistical jerk who gets paid too much money.

RIPPED OFF: I JUST WANT TO HELP OTHERS FROM BEING VICTIMS

AUTHOR: Shannon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, October 18, 2004

I accepted the fact my money is gone. I am just trying to come up with any idea to get these people if we can. They could be under another name. I just want them stopped. And the person who wrote the above I am wondering if they took your money or you had money taken. When you have bad credit you kinda try to do anything. I didn't want to have to go back to IRAQ to fix my finances. I was trying to make one payment. I just don't want it to happen to someone else.

You have a better chance of being hit with a meteor than getting your money back!

AUTHOR: Paul - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 17, 2004

Any company that asks you to pay with Western Union is almost guaranteed to be a fraud. Yes, they may have video of someone picking up the money. If they showed ID, it was probably fake.

The web site is probably under a fake name too.

If you had used a credit card, then maybe you'd have a chance.

But, sending cash through Western Union, plus across the border into Canada?

In order to catch them, you'd have to go up to Canada and stake out ever office where Western Union does business. That's hundreds, if not thousands of places.

Your money is gone! You handed it away!

You only have two choices in the future.

One, you can live on the money you earn. You won't be getting any loans or credit cards. Not now, not in the near future.

Or, two, you can hand away what little money you have to a scam. It still won't get you a loan or a credit card. All it will do is take what little money you have and put it in someone else's pocket.

Live and learn!

Questions??? CAN YOU HELP??

AUTHOR: Shannon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, October 16, 2004

Check this out. If you all still have your money gram or western union numbers you are able to call them and find out the location that the money was picked up at. We might be able to narrow down where they were if you report it to phone busters they might be able to do this. You can call these companies and they will give you the location and address that is what I got. Just give it a chance. We might not get our money back but they might get the jail time they deserve.
