I happened to come across this website when I was checking out KMS Investigations because an agent applied with our company for a job and said he worked for them. Having been ripped off by this person myself let me pass this information on to all of you.
This man is nothing less than a con artist and pathological liar. He is being sought after by the Orange County District Attorney for failure to pay child support.
Each victim should contact the Orange County DA and report how much money you paid him then ask for their major crime division and file a wire fraud criminal complaint.
Then call the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in Sacramento CA and file a report of a non license person posing as a private investigator and describe to both government agencies what happened to you and tell them how much you paid this man.
He should be arrested for grand theft and wire fraud plus a number of other crimes.
I caught on to his game in time and busted him with the Orange County DA. Good luck to all of you.

Kevin - the word slander is defined as 'words falsely spoken that damage the reputation of another'. Based on this definition, i am in no way attempting to slander you or your company. Based on this information (which can be seen by anyone by going visionweb.occourts.org/Vision_Public/SearchCase.do and typing in Kevin Sianez in the approriate fields) if you are capable of not providing for your own child, what would leave anyone to believe that aren't capable of scamming innocent people out of their money?
You can hide behind your made up names (e.g. Anthony, Toby, Mr. Taylor, etc) but everyone knows the truth....the so called 'KMS Detective Agency' which is supposedly under 'new ownership' is still the same old group of con artists known as KMS Investigations ran by the king of ripoffs himself, Kevin Sianez. Now, one may argue that this 'new' company is indeed under new ownership and Kevin Sianez is out of the state, country, or wherever else he's claiming to be. If that were true, why does Kevin's voice remain on their Auto Attendant greeting and better yet, why does Kevin Sianez answer the phone?! Consumers beware of this crook. He will take your money without remorse. So now I suppose someone by the name of Anthony, Toby, Michael, or any other name that Kevin can come up with will post a rebuttal to my post lol. Once again folks, don't fall for the scam...do your research...

Speaking to Robert's posting, there is a lot more to Robert than he wants you to know. He tried to court KMS to work for him and develop a marketing plan to structure his bodyguard business into a PI firm with services such as Surveillance etc.
Robert captured KMS ideas and platforms to market his business and failed to pay KMS for this information. Robert had hired KMS to perform investigation for a client in Newport Beach and failed to pay KMS for the work performed. He tried in vein to stiff KMS for the money they were do but his hand was forced.
Robert has patterned his structure and advertising and pricing plans after KMS and the ideas shared with Robert over months of meetings with him. Pen to paper in the wrong hands can be very misleading.
Robert is angry with Robert not KMS. Roberts business failed because Robert is not an investigator but tries to portray himself as one. He is an author of a book and oversees a business that provided security guards or body guards. His failure is his failure but he posts material in anger that holds no truth to attempt to get an audience to his mis guided attempts at slandering another firm
