The wording is unreadable and broken.
After canceling with Radius who claimed the credit card machine was free we were told we were in a binding contract with Northern Merchant Systems for a three year term and could not cancel.
Both companies are misleading in their adds and over charge what they claim.
Stay away from both of these companies they are a nightmare.

They suggested I contact the New York BBB and I did. I again gave proof that the terminal we were sent was suppose to be free when signing with Radius Financial Services.
That finally did some good and Northern Leasing Systems agreed to release us from the contract even though they did not want to and said we had signed a contract with them.
This so called contract was hidden in the fax we signed with Radius Financial Services. We canceled with Radius and have distanced our selves from them as they do not stand up to what they say and charge way more then what they told us.
