The people that run this place are a joke!!!! They act like they are about 12 years old. We stayed at this place for 3 months while we tried to figure out where we wanted to live in the Nashville area. While at this place I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids 18 and 13. I have got to say the rumors which float around this place are worst than any Jr. high  school in the entire USA. The management (dare I call them that) run around acting like their poop don't stink and everyone who stays at this
campground is beneath them. We also contacted this place on the 6th of June and spoke to Frederick, the son of the manager and I explained to him because his father (the manager) was not available, that we no longer stayed here but I was still having mail sent there until I could get this final extremely important mail  I was awaiting delivery on. He said no problem and that I could count on the mail coming in and that Tuesday would be the last day they would hold my mail for me.  I said no problem the mail I waiting on will arrive on either the 8th or 9th of June. He agreed to hold it for me and I could stop by to pick it up, I Thanked him and said I would stop by on Saturday to get it. I also called back again on Thursday the 7th and spoke to "KC" she also said it would be no problem to come and get our mail on Saturday and that they would hold it for me. I called just a minute ago and was told that they had sent the mail back and that they can't hold the mail for me since we
no longer stay there. WTF? Really? After all of my calls and efforts? All for nothing? YES NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM ONE P.O. person right now as I am writing this review. I kept my composure with the lady on the phone and said ok Thank You and hung up. I then approx. 3 minutes later get a phone call back from Fred (the manager) and he says they are not legally
able to hold mail and that corporate said they are not allowed to do that according to the last meeting they held blah blah blah. While the guy is a pretty likable person he tries to sugar coat everything. WHAT ABOUT WHAT YOUR STAFF TOLD ME THEY WOULD DO FOR ME? DOES ANYONE AT THIS STUPID CAMPGROUND DO ANYTHING THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO?

THE ANSWER IS NO. THEY WILL SUGAR COAT ANY PROBLEM YOU HAVE AND THEN TELL YOU IT IS CORPORATE POLICY BLAH BLAH BLAH. UNLESS IT IS FOR THEM? YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT IT.

I say if you want to be treated well, stay at any campground in the entire area and you will receive better service. BOTTOM LINE? GO TO ANY CAMPGROUND BUT THIS ONE AND YOU WILL BE HAPPIER.

Not to mention the within 3 weeks stay of our visit we had a lady move across from us in a motorhome and she brought a BIG BLOODHOUND of all things and it barked from the time the owner would leave in the morning till the time she returned. I complained along with others about the problem and were told that management had went to the lady and told her to buy an anti bark electronic device to get the dog to stop barking non stop. Well it still didn't help and the dog continued to bark all day everyday.
Why would they (management) allow a dog such as a hound dog into a campground in the first place?
And then let alone hearing it all day everyday, morning till evening when the owner returns? For 2 and a half months?
