It's Friday afternoon and K.S Services ( 41548 Eastman Drive Unit C, Murrieta, CA 92562 951-304-7778 or 951-304-3443) also known as Kirby Sales & Service is at it again in San Clemente. I have to admit that the best defense against the sales pitch is not to let them into your house in the first place. Two men came to my door wanting to clean one room or couch for free. I told him I was not interested but he persisted by saying he only needed one more house to win Laker tickets with his work. I wanted my couch cleaned for "free" so I agreed to it. They never mentioned that a demo or vacuum system was involved. Ask questions first. My mistake. After 2 hours of demo the closer was sent in. I told them I was not interested in the vacuum. They tried every which way to get me to buy this vacuum but I continued to say no. At that time he said he would clean the couch and his assistant asked to use the bathroom. He was in there for a good ten minutes or so. What was he doing in there. I felt like he was taking inventory on my house. Some of the employees look like they just got out of jail. I just wanted them all out of my house. Once he was done with my couch he asked to use my phone to call his boss again and I said no. Save yourself a lot of $$ and time and buy it on the Internet if you must get one.

The same thing down in San Diego now. Same deal, young girl comes in, gives a flyer offering to clean carpet. I agree, they say they will be back in 30 minutes. I take a moment to read the flyer, and then google them and kirby and the phone number 951-304-7778. I found this site and a lot of postings on them. This flyer they were calling themselves Q.C.S.I.
I can scan and post an image of the flyer if anyone wants.
When they came back, I told them to get the hell out of here and leave. They did not take it well. I should have asked for I.D. first, and taken a picture of it.
