Anyone can make a mistake but what makes this so bad is that there is no way of contacting the company. The phone lines are automated. There is no proper contact details on their website & the only option is to fill out a contact form & hope for a reply.
The only way that I discovered an email address from from a previous complaint on this site.
Any company taking money via a credit card must be beyond reproach & they should provide an immediate contact number for queries & problems.
As yet I have no idea if this is a fraud but it is at very least bad business practice.
