I never purchased a vehicle from Kuni.

You might be interested to know that the computers also control the acceleration. There is no longer a mechanical link. When you press the accelerator pedal it sends a signal to the computer and that's what makes the car go faster. (I believe that most vehicles made after 2002 no longer have mechanical links to the fuel injection system. Computers now control the car's acceleration.)

Just think, if your computer is faulty it could cause the car to suddenly accelerate. I believe that some Toyota and Lexus vehicles were exposed for having "sudden unintended acceleration". Feel free to 'Google' this- TOYOTA SUDDEN UNINTENDED ACCELERATION, and read more about it at the related websites.

You can also 'Google' this- THE NEW-STYLE MONITOR FOR VEHICLE ACCELERATION IEEE XPLORE, and go to that site and read more about it.

Please make sure to keep us updated. Good luck to you!

Hahah did you get screwed over at Kuni Honda too?

Update: So far the laywers took my notes and they noted that a car that was used and sold and a car battery died because of a shortage in the computer that can also make the brakes not work is a life threatening deal that i was screwed on. Im awaiting for the lawyers call.

SELLING JUNK AT KOONI HONDA

(Please singto the tune of "I've Been Working On The Railroad".)

Anyone can 'Google' this- I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THE RAILROAD LAURA'S MIDI HEAVEN, and sing the following lyrics to that midi tune.

Here we go- 1, 2, 3, 4....

Selling junk at Kooni Honda

Every single day

Selling crap at Kooni Honda

It's the Kooni Honda way

Lots of cars are always breaking

Many cars are broken on the road

Put the cars at Kooni Honda

In a big commode!

Kooni cars are junk

Kooni cars will break

Kooni cars have faulty brakes, my friends

Kooni cars are cheap

Kooni cars are crap

Flush 'em very far away!

Danny is a vet and Kooni screwed him

Kooni cars are broken on the road, I say

Put the cars at Kooni in a big pot

Flush 'em very far away!

Flush, flush, into-a-commode

Flush-flush into-a-commode, I say

Flush, flush, into-a-commode

Flush those Kooni cars away!

End.

You guys offered to buy back yes to put 2000 on top of another used car when the fix is only 1200 dollars. Your service is a rip off as well those parts are found everywhere brand new for 600 so your service mechanics will charge 600 to install it? Also if the battery is completely dead the brakes don't work as well almost costing my life only 4 days after I bought it. There is no way you guys didn't know. I bought the car for 6000 and you offered 4100 only weeks after haha ripoffs

 Dear Danny,

Thank you for chatting with me today. I again want to Thank You for your service as an Iraq Veteran. Danny, we always hate it when bad things happen to good people. I am sorry to hear of your predicament. As we discussed, you purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle with 158,686 miles on it. You purchased the car "As Is, with No Warranty". The service concern was a computer module that finally expired. No one can ever "guestimate" when something like this could happen.

The fact is, IF you purchased this car new, you would still be where you are today in this concern. One of the great things about purchasing Pre Owned is not having an instant depreciation when driving a new car off the lot. It also carries risks which are, as the new owner being responsible for any service requirements moving forward. We offered to trade you out of your current vehicle, we offered to buy back your vehicle, both you declined. Danny, I wish you all the best.

Kind Regards,

Rena Marson

KOONI HONDA SONG

AUTHOR: Karl - ()

POSTED: Saturday, November 02, 2013

KOONI HONDA

(Please sing to the tune of "Desperado".)

Anyone can 'Google' this- EAGLES DESPERADO MIDI ZONE FREE MIDI FILES, and sing the following lyrics to that midi tune.

Here we go- 1, 2, 3...

Kooni Honda,

Why did you sell him a junker

You have so many clunkers on your used car lot

Will you admit it

You knew that car was a lemon

Now Danny is so pissed-off, and everyone knows.

Does the car have faulty wires, my friends

A flood-car, maybe so

A Kooni car that's broken down, my friends

Lots a cash for new computer chip

'Cause the old one in there's broken

Please text Susie, Kate and Billy, then call Joe.

Kooni Honda,

You knew that car was a clunker

You're selling those junkers

You're being exposed

Fix it! Please fix it!

Or I'll keep writing songs, yeah

A USA vet and we all know he's been hosed.

Do your cars break-down when it's cold outside

It's broken down, cannot go for ride

A Kooni car that shouldn't have been sold

You're losing lots of sales, it's true

'Cause the people are exposing you

The web is here and we are in the know.

Kooni Honda,

You better fix that Accord soon

I will be here until June

I write the songs

We have the power

To expose all of the bad guys

You better start doin' what's right

(Start doin' what's right)

You better start doin' what's right

Or YOU will be hosed.

End

I took his word and bought the car. Car dies driving in the highway going 60mph almost killing myself and to call my brother to jump me risking his life as well. I have emailed lawyers cause car died 2 times changed the battery and advance auto checked codes and alternator and battery 2 times.

Feel free to send a copy of your Ripoff Report to the Kuni Automotive headquarters in Washington. You can 'Google' this- KUNI AUTOMOTIVE , and click on their website and the address is available at the bottom of the page. Make sure to put it to the attention of their CEO. His name is Greg Goodwin.

I believe that exposing your Ripoff Report on the web was a good idea. A Harvard Business Professor told his class of executives in late 2004 that exposure is a corporation's worst fear. You can type in 269041 at this site and scroll down to the consumer comment entitled "Blame it on a Lawyer" at Ripoff Report #269041 and read more of what the good professor said to his class of executives in late 2004.

Good luck to you, and make sure to expose your Ripoff Report all over the web at sites like Twitter, Tumblr, and Facebook every day!

P.S. In order to add more impact to your Ripoff Report, you can upload a photo of the used car that you purchased from Kuni Honda.

First, was the car bought "as-is" or with warranty?

AUTHOR: Ken - ()

POSTED: Saturday, November 02, 2013

Then, you are really overplaying the "veteran" bit.  Do they just discriminate against "veterans" or everybody?

How is this discrimination? Sounds like they were willing to make a trade for a price difference.

If you did buy it "as is" all repairs are on you.  If you have a warranty and they aren't honoring it, notify the Colorado dealer licensing board and the manufacturer.

IF...

AUTHOR: Tyg - ()

POSTED: Saturday, November 02, 2013

If you purchased a used car then you purchased it as is. This is not a dedicated attack against vets. EVERYONE gets screwed equally when buying a used car. Once you drove it off the lot, it was all over. You might wish to take your paperwork to a lawyer and see if there is any wiggle room. Normally there isnt but hey it couldnt hurt.
