I keep telling support about this cheating, abuse and harassment but they just say that they can't say what they do about it. I don't care what is done but obviously whatever is being done is not enough. There is no need to give me the cold shoulder all year when all I want is to stop being cheated, harassed and abused daily. Support is well aware of this problem and who it concerns as usual... I see no point in letting paying customers get mutilated by the same person all year and they don't ever play by the rules.
Seriously.... why even have rules on personal attacks, cussing, cheating, abuse and harassment if support is not going to do anything when we report problems with it all year?
Having those rules makes me feel personally attacked, cheated, abused and harassed because support does not stop it.
Basically my problem as the consumer is what is the point of ever spending any more money if the same cheater is going to be allowed to cheat me out of every opportunity at fair play?
I need assistance with this rule enforcement problem that has coincided with harassment/ abuse/ cheating that has gone on all year!
Shame on the mods and Kabam support for straight out ignoring every attempt to resolve this issue all year!
Facebook has also ignored every attempt to resolve this issue from being ripped off on facebook games.
