After my second interview with the "owner" of Circle Concepts in Columbus I was promised the opportunity to be trained for entry level management to an up & coming company. Little did I know I was being lied to as the position of 'account executive' was just a glorified way of calling me a door to door salesperson.

Not only did I find out I wasn't going to be paid for 2 full days of trudging through snow for hours at a time, I would also not be expecting a paycheck for around 3 weeks. Mind you the office itself is located in downtown Columbus so you have to pay for parking daily & you must also drive yourself to the neighborhood you are doing sales at for the day. They tell you that you can claim the mileage and gas to get to your turf at the end of the year like its no big deal but it truly is.

How do they expect you to work yourself to death in the middle of a snow emergency for 8 hours & only pay you a measly commission at the end of it if you we're lucky enough to harass someone into purchasing services from you?
