 He would pick immigrant workers up, use them and pay them with bad checks or not at all. The family home was one he apparently bought to flip but, no longer wanting to pay 6,000 a month in a finished safe house for his family (3 children under the age of 4) moved us all into this unfinished home. Unfinished pool had to be drained AFTER the neighbours started to complain about it being a hazard to THEIR children and not thinking of his own. It was gutted, a house that held 6 people we shared one bathroom that only had a tub until that broke and we all had to use buckets to rinse our hair or the high pressured hose (that busted, used o be a soft shower head) which the mother used on the children when they were bad!

They were constantly being sued, I'm not shocked the house got foreclosed on. Kaimi seemed like a nice guy in the beginning of my 3 years knowing this family, though he wasnt home much spending all his time at some ''shop'' in Utah. When that tanked he came home and all hell broke loose! Mexicans in and out of the home; strangers around these little children. Moani, was 3 when she tripped in a giant hole he left in the concrete in the patio out front, split her head open. They had no yard because he filled it with concrete to create a pool, that was never filled and they couldn't go back there. Then they added another baby to the mix and he went a-wall.

He would con people into doing work for him, somehow got illegal stuff on his computer and used the phone all day wheeling and dealing about the next big thing in construction, he shoved his kids into acting to make a little extra money, he even went as low as stealing from me and his son. When confronted about it he blamed his 6 year old son!

He and his wife were very neglectful of their 4 young children, not parents at all. No affection, no guidance, no baths. There was no sort of parenting, they just kept them alive...barely. When maude was 1 1/2 she ( I taught her to walk at 18 months!) (on her mothers watch, on a weekend) was walking out in the street (Steep grade so cars flew up it, wouldn't be able to stop for her) by herself. Mom went out and told her to come back up the street.

Neighbors hated him. I soon found this out at the neighbors began telling me I was working for satan himself and I was too nice to be messed up with the family. BOY were they right.
