Hello everyone,

 

If your looking to use Kaman and Cusimano llc. I would tell you to run....

 

The write up here is the opinions of the writer.

 

Kaman and Cusimano is nothing but glorified ambulance chasers. They sit by while condo boards selectively enforce tennants, they even showed up to a medication where the rules of the mediation were clearly spelled out and lied not only to the owner but the tennants. 

 

IS THIS A LAWFIRM YOU WANT TO HAVE WORKING FOR YOU?

HELL NO

 

During this mediation a letter was sent our by the board saying the mediation would take place at a given time and date. They also said the condo lawyerm from Kaman and Cusimano would be present. The mediation was done because a renter was having problems with another group of college kids that were renting across the street. Late partys, loud noise, public urination and more.

 

The rules said both parts had to be present and the owners also had to be there with them. If one party did not show or one part of the party ( owner or renter) didnt show and the other side did the mediation would take place and a decision made with only the full party that was present.

 

At 7pm our side arrived with the owner and tennant. The other sides owner did not show but the tennants did show. Our sides owner an elderly lady did not know the other side did not have both sides present and was wondering why at 7:30 the lawyer was trying to keep her side tracked with idle talk while the property mamagement company reps. were in the office desperately trying to call the owner from the other side. Finally our owner got frustrated and told Kaman and Cusimano enough was enough and the mediation started. Never once did the lawyer tell the other side they couldnt be there nor did they tell the owner both sides wernt present. 

 

They held the mediation without the owner of the other side fully present and even found in their favor.

 

Then they tried to harass one resident whos been exposing the condo board at Hilliard Commons and the property management company Associa Real Property management for their wrong doings by sending out harassing letters to shut the tennant up.

 

OH YES AND THESE GARBAGE LETTERS THEY ARE SENDING OUT ARE COSTING CONDO OWNERS A PRETTY PENNY..

this j****** is so desperate to keep a tennant out whos been exposing his client ( condo board) and been going to meetings and talking for 8 years told bosrd members the resident could not come to meetings anymore because hes only a renter and not an owner. 

 

When the boar members were asked the tennant was told" our lawyers say you have to get a power of attorney or proxt to attend meetings" when asked where the law was that stated this the board member said " Well it doesnt exactly say you need a proxy or power of attorney in those words "

 

WHAT A d**n JOKE..

 

OH YES THIS SAME BOARD MEMBER WHO WAS RECENTLY EXPOSED FOR HIS BOARD DOINGS AND NOT DOINGS WROTE ME AND SAID..

 

“Did you know that most of us realize you have 100% legit concerns?”

 

HELLOOOO-  YET SEVERAL BOARD MEMBERS AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EMPLOYEES ARE HAVING KAMAN AND CUSIMANOS LAWYERS SEND OUT GARBAGE LETTERS TRYING TO HARASS AND SHUT ME UP.

So you do rent? I was confused. I thought you said you were an owner.  You need your property owner to fight some of your battles. Or, buy a place on your own (maybe a land contract option?).  Or, since you are renting, back to my other point: it's easy enough for you to rent at another condo community. Lucky for you, central Ohio has an abundance of comparable communities. It seems like that might be a good option.

Obviously, that is not a fun option, I understand. You should work with your owner and place some of your "threats" towards him.  He should pick and choose some of your issues and fight those with the board and/or management company. Realistically, the owner should communicate with the board.  The Board represents owners.  THEN, the Board would work with the management company (or fire the management company and manage the property on their own).  Your unit owner's option is to lose out on a tenant, which may or may not be a big concern for him (hopefully your a good tenant and he wants you around!). Unfortunately, you're not going to have to many other rights.  You are bound by condo rules - and they can make whatever rules they want (within the bounds of law, of course). That life, as they say.

Obviously you havent read my full posts. As a renter they have allowed me and other renters attend meetings. Then when exposed they cut me off but still allow renters to file complaints and work orders when the rules say no.

 

Thats the big problem... They selectively enforce rules on some while not on others. Also we have a letter from the owner which was sent to the board and their lawyer saying we could speak on their behalf. 

 

As a renter the rules should be the same for everyone. They are upset a RENTER is exposing their selective B.S. and contractor garbage. 

 

UNTIL THE RULES ARE EQUAL FOR EVERYONE I WILL KEEP EXPOSING THEM. 

 

I WILL NOT ALLOW SOME NEIGHBORS TO BE ENFORCED ON RULES WHILE NEIGHBORS ACROSS THE STREET OR NEXT DOOR ARENT..

 

I WILL NOT STAND BY WHILE THEY PAY A CONTRACTOR $180,000 OVER ALL OTHER BIDS TO DO A JOB WHICH IS CRAP...  THEN THEIR SALESMAN WHO IS A FRIEND OF THE BOARD PRESIDENT GETS THE JOB AND GETS PAID A 7-8% COMMISSION. 

 

WOW.... 

 

THEN HAVE A LAWYER ACCUSE YOU OF MISREPRESENTING YOURSELF WHEN A KID COULD SEE ITS B.S.

You said you own the condominium in your last message? I brushed over it because you posted a repeated image instead of the letter.  Your rights change as a property owner. Renters, by default, don't really have rights to the same information.  Nor can they make the same demands on condo boards or management companies; It's up to the owners to follow procedures. if you own the unit, it's certainly a different scenario. I look forward to the seeing the letter you mentioned.

Thats a good start Robert, but you only posted the cover page? According to that, there should have been an enclosed letter that was sent to your unit owner and also some postings he's referring to?  In that cover page alone, what is exactly threatening? Or is/are there lie(s) in his statements?  Very interesting though!  I'd be looking to rent in another comminuty if I were you!

Below is the letter sent by Garrett Humes...

 

As you will clearly see I never represented myself as a board member I called in to get a copy of an invoice because William Brown a board member said its " Preposterous" the board would send out a crew to do one mans property only.

oh yes and after I verified this here is the email Wil Brown the board member sent me after realizing he was WRONGGGGGGGGGGGGG.

I recieved a phone call from one of the residence at Hilliard Commons ( Robert) Wednesday morning. Robert was asking me to send information about landscape work that has been done on the property. Robert stated that he was getting information for one of the gentleman on the board ( being Will ). I was not sure why he was getting information for Will when all board members have my contact information. I told Robert that I had a meeting amd i would heave to get back to him. He insisted that I send all the work that had been done on the property to him before the meeting. Thats when I contact Hayley to report Robert to the RPM and the board.

As you can see never did I say I was a board member and he even says " All the board members have my phone number. The reason I called was to verify the job was done when our own Board member Wil Brown was denying it and I knew they would not tell me the truth. 
 
I was basically called a liar by a board member when I questioned the job who later apolagized after finding out I was correct in what I said. Then they lie and say I represented myself as a board member. LIE-LIE-LIE
 
If I was going to represent myself as a Board member would I have used my real name telling this dumba** I had a dispute with a board member about the job being done and wanted to prove to him it was. ?

Will you post the letters? It's impossible to decide who's right and wrong without seeing what the attorney wrote to you in the "threatening" letters.  There can be repercussions for someone if they over step their legal bounds as a member of the bar.  Let face it, though, there is a bad reputation following "Robert Krutko" online ever since all those stories in Key West, Florida. It would help if you posted some facts and evidence, please.

I am so glad to see someone pick back at that hipocrite Robert Krutko.  I don't know the specifics of his issues in this particular situation, but it seemed to be the same recycled ignorant ramblings that he has been posting for years (decades, really!) against so many other people.  If you are reading about this lawfirm or this attorney and for some reason find yourself here, please continue your research. Do a simple google search for "Robert Krutko". I'm glad he's getting exposed on these anonymous posts. He has a long history of anonymously picking on people, businesses and politicians. He's even had judgments against him somewhere in Florida for this same abusive crap. So find out about him for yourself - but you'd be best served to completely disregard anything this man ever posts. Thank you for exposing Robert Krutko as the author here and keep up the good work.

 

Mr. Krutko - do you have any shame?  You are ruining lives and businesses without any cause.  There really are bad lawyers, politicians (who you seem to support?!) and shady businesses. But you don't seem to have any concern for the truth and that's not who you are "exposing". It's a real shame. Maybe you suffer from some sort of severe paranoia? Not everyone is against you by default, but your actions become a self-fulfilling prophecy. When you say the things you say (or post online) and act like you do, people eventually turn against you - but it's because of you.  Even if this lawyer has a personal vendetta against you, you've cried wolf too many times. You're probably getting what you deserve based on your past.

Alright, Bob - still at your old games? The fact is - you DO NOT OWN YOUR CONDO. You are a renter. You simply do not have the same rights and reponsibilities as a property owner. Luckily for you, that leaves you with nothing to lose, effictively, which permits you to spew your hatred all over the internet without any regard for consequences. You live your life like an average kindergartner. We see you at home all day - obviously on your computer. You apparently do not work for an income. You have seemingly no responsibilities, outside of raising that inbred dog (side note - you can't claim to love animals and have such a creature that has been so genetically controlled by human interference that it no longer possesess natural instincts, original characteristics or other proper functions of a healthy normal canine).  But I digress.

You claim to be a warrior for the people. You're not. You are simply not.  Do you really think SO many people specifically have it out for you? How many people/businesses need to have a negative experience with you before you realize that's its YOU - not them! Maybe, sometimes when judges, lawyers, prosecutors, etc make any type of ruling, judgment or decision AGAINST you, it's actually based on facts and reality. The world is not out to get you. You've been getting yourself all these years, Mr. Krutko.  Got anything to show for it????
