Kanza Farris now goes under Kanza Feris, or Kanza Ferris to aviod her bad history. Please hire with caution as she has harassed and stalked fellow employees who dared to warn the promotional company about her work ethics.

So Kanza Farris who has many posting from different individuals has changed her name to Kanza Feris, or Kanza Ferris.

Hi there,

I worked on the promotion with Kanza and the other girls involved. The girls who wrote the rip off report are just disgruntled employees as a result of them being fired. Because they were FIRED they are upset and are using Kanza as a scape goat. She was a great person to work with, in fact I have worked with her again after that on other promotions and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is professional at all times, gives good comments and feedback, follows the clients' orders and was on time.

The other rebuttal posted was not from Kanza, but from one of the girls who replaced the fired group of girls from the week before. Girls leave the past in the past. Don't be bitter and don't try to ruin her reputation by posting false information on the web. It's pathetic. If Kanza was such a poor manager she would have been the one to be fired ...not the girls who are posting rip off reports.

I will continue to work with Kanza as she is good at her job and a great person :D

It was infact Kayla (myself) who wrote the report, as i did work the body shop promotion. Just thought i'd clarify as Kanza would obviously not write a rebuttal about herself.

I personally worked the Body Shop Promo with Kanza Farris as my manager. I spent 3 days with her last week and I thoroughly enjoyed her company and felt the way she presented herself was professional. She made our jobs very enjoyable and helped in whatever way she could. She did in fact help us unload the boxes and get ready for each day, therefore; the statement made in the rip off report is not true. She was extremely friendly and welcoming which made my job much less intimidating as this was my first promo. I would definately recommend Kanza for any promo as I personally feel the way she presents herself and her positive attitude is a great asset for any manager to have. She was not making racist comments at all, as that would be completely inappropriate and she made that clear upon her arrival each day that we were to all be on our best behaviour and act accordingly. I did not hear anything inappropriate come from Kanza at all, and she always made sure we were taken care of, such as letting us take the appropriate breaks as we needed them as well as helping us carry things which were to heavy. I believe that the report made concerning Kanza Farris' position is entirely false and inaccurate. As aforementioned, I spent 3 days with her and refuse to agree with any of the statements made. None of the other girls i worked with on those 3 days would agree with the rip off report either, and we all felt she did a fantastic job.
