They will fire you without giving you a chance or warning, even after a week. I was blindsided. There is no set way other then being told to stay on the phone. Nobody knows what they are doing and it the office is a complete dive. I'm pretty sure there is no heat and air conditioning either because the office was freezing. The manger has obviously never had any business/management training and has never worked for a legit company, just like the others. His training and leadership skills set you up to fail and should see how he would fare at a respected company. People will only repeat one or two phrases to "help", but you will never learn anything. I am fortunate that I was let go after only a few weeks because this company should be closed down or reported to the bbb. If you want to live in poverty or no job security, then feel free to join.
