 Look at You ferral and you will see if you have a costume you can work for these people and get paid 50 dollars. The adverage party gets 150 so someone is making alot of money an hour on you. This is a lot more then the 12% that agents get. What a rip off, for the not employee, and the person having the party. They could get there neighbor to dress up for a six pack and he would have just as much skill.  And you are doing this all over CA. The one getting ripped off the most is state of CA, because my guess is that all of this is under ground economy. Subcontracting out  is a gray area of the law.First they would all need to have there own business license.  Anyway its my personal opinion , the state of CA needs to take a hard look at this company.I am not an attorney, they have their own but something is not right here. Also your trademark characters look pretty close to me to the real stuff Snow white in curls, again this is just my personal opinion. People need to hire local, from private business that do there own work, and keep 150, instead of 50.  That way the people are usually licensed and insured and care if they do a good job.
