Mr. Perl is Buying Computers and orders services but has no money to pay. He said he has some million on a swiss bank account, but cannot take it from the account. Over month he allways came with new lies. As far as I know he ordered a car without money, and does not pay a realtor a.s.o.

He is still on probation because he ripped off an older couple. They lost their house.
