Lynn pointed out some of the issues such as the $50 deposit , and the need for a credit card. I wanted to further clarify that the reason for the credit card is that this is just really a timeshare sales scam. If you do a google search on "worldwide Travel Center" you will see various complaints.
You only get the room if you sit thru a 90 minutes sales pitch....
If Kars4Kids is a reputable charity, they should cease this scam immediately...

Kars4Kids may be a good organization, but their Free Vacation offer is a scam.. The group called Worldwode Travel Center that you have to contact to get the 3 day vacation is just a scam timeshare selling group. Even if Lynn provided the credit card and $50, you then can't get the free room unless you sit thru a 90 minute sales pitch with your spouse, and they also ask about your annual income, etc....
If Kars4Kids is a reputable organization, they should immediately stop this scam and send out an apology letter to everyone that has donated in the past few months.
