Katherine Gibbs is nothing but a bunch of bogus bologne! They contact people who live in areas who fit there criteria. There programs are useless and worthless they dont teach you anything at all. My experience with Gibbs has been nothing but a freakin nightmare. Finical aid lies to you all the time, they told me that i can take my degree anywhere and use it. thats not true i tried using it out of state and i didnt get any credits transfered! They take out every month for activity fees for supposely usage of the libaray and computers which i never even used! i mean 25$ adds up! unreal this is.

i attented gibbs in piscataway nj and i found out my last semster that i would have to transfer to livingston campus which is like a hour from the campus i was attending to , to finish up my program and get my dregree. now once i was enrolled no one ever told me that i had to transfer at all. i mean what was i going to do quit and what get stuck with no degree at all. i was so close to graduation. no so i went.

now i heard dont quote me i heard that gibbs is not a accredited school what so ever . so who ever went there and got a degree it means absoultey nothing.. now gibbs is closing what are we suppose to do, we were students who were guarneteed job placemnts for the rest of our lives and now what we get a bogus degree and no help what so ever, and there are many students who are left without answers. i do not think any gibbs students should be held accounatble for any loans there gibbs. there nothing but liers. they said anything to get u into the syetem so they would stay open for busniess, when in the end they ended up screwing every student!!!

i did not gain any knowledge from this school, gotten any career advice or job placment. now im stuch paying these loans back with no job what so ever.. and now the school is being shut down, now how good is that going to look when i do find a job and they check my degree out!
i really wish the goverment would look into these types of schools, because they end up lying to students just to make money!!!
shhut down all these bogus trade schools because there nothing but a scam!!!
