I checked around and there are a couple of options besides contacting the prison itself. You could contact the Ombudsmans office; Karen Johnson is the ombudsman for VSPW, and can be reached at 916-323-2994. Or you could call the Office of the Inspector General (a state oversight office) at 800-700-5952. They are charged with investigating complaints about employees, as well.I do know that she is under investagation at this time.
Also i would request that everyone who reads this contact Velda Dobson-Davis, Warden (A) at 559-665-6100 and report officer Kathy Johnson-Garrison im shocked that she is still employed..
