Kaufman Trailers - False advertising - DO NOT STAND BEHIND TRAILERS - Lexington, North Carolina

After purchasing this "High Quality" trailer we have come to find that it shakes so bad when pulled empty that it almost tears your vehicle up.  They have suggested trying another vehicle, tire air pressure, etc.  After many phone calls, complaints, sending video they have come back and said that  if we looked again on their Website that we would see that they claim their "High Quality" trailers do not tow well when empty.  (Of which we cannot find that disclaimer)so therefore they cannot warranty or fix the problem.  Wish we would have googled Kaufaman Trailer problems before purchasing.

Another problem was with the brakes.  When hooked up to one vehicle it worked, but when hooked to another one it locked up.  They suggested that the wiring was hooked up backwards and that we purchase a special plug to test it.
