I have read previous reports on this company and Integrity Sales, LLC. Karleen Hillery Spruiel and Robert Spruiel are the ones in charge. Karleen has many aka's and is the crew leader of Kay Naturals, LLC according to previous reports.
I was a victim of the "door-to-door" salesman. His name (at least what I was told) is Rich Green, said his real first name is Dick but goes by Rich. He said he was selling magazines for a trip to another country, Amsterdamn being one of them.
I was reluctant to buy anything but he managed to change my mind. He said that he would still get his points for his trips even if I wanted to cancel my order the very next day. All I had to do was sign the back of the receipts that he left me and send them back to the company in Phoenix and I wouldnt be charged for anything.
Well I mailed them back they day after I wrote the checks and decided to come home look for a phone number for Kay Naturals, LLC. There was none listed. So I googled the company and found them on Rip-Off Report.com.
I went ahead and made a police report with Mesa police and unfortunately there is nothing that they can do but give it to detectives. Hopefully these people will be stopped soon.

If my Levi's are defective or my Crest doesn't clean my teeth I have recourse. I can contact a legitimate company and will likely receive some satisfaction. If my car is a Lemon I can contact a consumer protection agency and sue the dealer for satisfaction. If my magazine from Kay Naturals does not arrive in 120 days, I can kiss my $52 goodbye.
Some of the young people who are seduced into this industry by unscrupulous con-artists may believe in what they do; but not all of them. A better analogy for consumers would be to consider the homeless people on street corners with cardboard signs (instead of the slick car-salesman) - When you give your spare change to such a person, you do not expect anything in return. The most I ever gave a homeless person was $20 (and that was on a holiday) - The best I ever gave a homeless person was a prayer. Giving "Lawrence" $52 was giving Kay $52 - "Lawrence" might have got a cheeseburger out of that...sad.
If more people knew that these kids are marginalized runaways and are being manipulated by con-artists, then perhaps they could be helped. As for me, the next time I get the knock on the door, I will encourage "Lawrence" use my phone to call home and maybe help one of the true victims escape from this lose-lose proposition. If I want a magazine, I'll steal it from the Doctors office like everybody else, or call the Magazine company directly. Kudos to Ripoff Reports for bringing this situation to light.
In example all cars and pants and brands of toothpaste are basically the same, there is no real difference between a Ford and a Chevy, a pair of Levi jeans and Wrangler jeans and Gleam and Crest. The perceived difference comes from the lies told by the companies respective ad agencies. It is the same with all sales people, they all put on aires and are not really the people who you see. When you go to the car lot, do you really think that the sales person goes through his every day life wearing a neatly pressed suit? Do you really think that your server at Olive Garden is really happy to see you? These sales professionals use deception to get you to buy their product. To hold the poorest of the sales professionals, the Magazine rep, to a higher standard than the richest of them is unfair. If a young person came to your door and said "Hello my name is Jim and I am selling magazines," would you even open your door? Probably not.
