Kays Jewelers Ridiculous Credit Report Union Gap, Washington

I had opened up a kays jewelers account to earn credit. When i applied for the card the associate put my middle and last name on the card instead of my first name. That was mistake number one. They want me to purchase their merchandise, but can't even get my first name correct?

I had no problems for the first couple of months with purchasing and paying my bills on time. One day i went to pay off my balance, and the associate told me that their was no remaining balance to be paid so to my knowledge i didn't owe Kays anything.

Shortly after that they shut my card off completely, because i was past due of $12.00. Funny thing is i never recieved any notification they were shutting off my service and sending 12 freakin dollars into collections!!! so i now have a bad credit score that dropped over 100 points because of kays jewelers.

They did say they would re-report everything so it wasnt a negative mark on my credit report but i personally feel that isn't enough for my time and suffering. On top of it all im in the middle of trying to get an auto loan with a low interest rate, so now im screwed with that.
