This company boasts its guaranteed shipping, but there is NO guarantee, you will not be refunded your shipping costs. They also boast of having the parts IN STOCK READY TO SHIP, its a LIE they do not have the parts and they dont want to tell you they don't have them and they won't even contact you to tell you this. After you call them and get hung up on 10 times you may finally get one of them to admit they haven't got the parts yet, they would rather not deal with you so they just refuse to finish your order to get rid of you. It would have been alot better if they would of just told me they didn't have the parts instead of trying to lie about it saying they will send me tracking numbers later in the day, then when you want the extra shipping you paid to be waived, because it's obviously not express anymore they refuse. How hard could that have been, they hadn't even got the parts in yet. Your crazy if you think people should pay for service they didn't receive. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL AND USE ANOTHER PARTS SUPPLIER, KAZUMAPARTSONLINE.COM IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE.
