I tried being an adviser on keen and niteflirt. From the very beginning their site was nothing but a hassle. I tried putting up different ads. They limit you to three ads per email address, 3 ads per phone number, and three ads per credit card. I finally got my ad up and my 30.00 I put in for advertising was eaten up in 20 minutes. Another 60.00 later and I have nothing to show for it. The site is nothing but a scam. I told them I wanted my account closed. They closed it and kept my last 30.00 that wasn't even used. Then they said I would have to wait a month cuz I complained to get it. I then said I had another call and the girl said she would hold. This girl superviser named Sarah at their 1877keenhelp line. I came back a second later and she was gone. She hung up on me and they still have my 30.00 I never used. I want my money back. I reported them to IC3. I hope their site gets shutdown. All their advisers are fakes. None of them are really psychic. I tried a couple and they were all fakes. I also tried the phone sex services on niteflirt and they were all old and pretended to be young and hot. Nothing but a scam. They eat up your money and make a bundle keeping you on the phone. The pychics and astrologers will ask you to put money into their accounts so they can ward off evil. Nothing but a scam. I am a real numerologist. I don't scam people. I tried being an adviser but people don't want a good person they want a scammer. My advertising money went in 20 minutes worth of 30.00 I wonder If I will ever see that money. I am warning everyone to stay away from keen and niteflirt.

I too was surprised to see that Niteflirt had been posted on the ripoff report. I have been with NF for 4 yrs now, and have not had a single instance of being ripped off. As a PSO I help people enjoy a happy sex life, or chat with them about their problems. No two phone calls are the same... and the demands of this work can be very high at times. I am not saying that there aren't dissatisfied clients.... sure there are... but I do everything possible to make them happy. I believe that other girls offer the same. we do not promise to make callers lives whole... we do not seek to mislead them. We are simply people who are willing to listen to your concerns, fantasies and try to make you happy. As with any work, you will have those who are very good at what they do, and those who are marginal, at best. The later of the two, will not make it in this sort of work... and so I say to those who complain, do your homework... and try and pick someone who is your speed, and who seems to enjoy their work. Yes, I will have an off day just like anyone else, but I dont work those days... I go to the beach.
AS for advertising and being ripped off... the original compalint on here seems to be upset over $30 left in his account that was not returned. I agree with other flirts, if you had simply requested a check and THEN closed your account, you would have been following proper procedure. Many lessons can be learned from this... and that is, to have patience, follow the rules and procedures. I hope this helps anyone in the future to see that the Niteflirt site is simply a platform, offering services from many different people... and it is a great service....

I have used NiteFlirt as an advisor for about 6 years on and off. For the record, we are "advisors" not "phone sex operators" there is no sex on my champange line.
There are plenty of bonuses to the system, you say how much, you say when. People who use multiple accounts are a problem, not only because they confuse the poor johns, but also because they dominate the top places.
I beleive the person who spend $30.00 is $20 trying to promote a listing, under the old system your value was determined your rating, this new system has a slew of factors and I feel like I am fairly web-saavy, but I get really confused from it. The most irritating factor is that newer listings cost less to promote, so I don't promote my best-perfoming listings in top spots because, to me - $3.00 a click is just insane.
About a month ago I was debited for a call, NF emailed me saying the person who called me was not authorized to use the card. It was about $20, and I feel rather ripped off as they take a connection fee and percentage on top of the insanley high bidding rates. Business has slipped, but Ingenio is staying out of the red on our dime.
On a final note, I briefly worked on the keen side doing tarot readings. Same problems there, but that site gets all the attention. The advisors there have blogs, they sent me a journal at christmas and the NiteFlirt side is the dirty little secret. I have been looking for a site that offers the same 800 relay service without all the BS.

I was a customer for about 5 years on both ends, speaker and caller.
The main problem with NiteFlirt is that most of the speakers don't enjoy what they do. If you can get into the "NiteFlirt speakers only" sections on psodivas.com you will see for yourself. They seem to absolutely hate the people who call them.
Some speakers use dozens or more different model photos and present them as separate listings; this is a problem for customers who don't like a particular speaker and do not want to speak to him or her again, yet they keep getting him or her under different listings with different photos.
The whole concept of NiteFlirt is TELEPHONE CONVERSATION so you'd expect the quality of the connection to be a high priority. It isn't. Most calls conducted through NiteFlirt suffer from low volume and distortion.
Customer service is hit and miss. I once asked a customer service agent for his name, not in a confrontational manner at all, and his response was "Why do you need to know that?"
Their automated by-the-minute billing system once continued to drain my account after I had completed a call. Their customer service said "that can't happen." But it did happen. I haven't used their service since then.
They also don't seem to have much concern about copyright infringement. Many speakers sell copies of model photos they purchased, which is not legal unless resale rights have been purchased from the copyright holder. I'm sure they're not aware that copyright infringement carries a potential penalty of up to $150,000 per incident since they are not earning a ton of money with them.

First of all you do not work for either of these companies you are a independant contractor. Keen/NF both offer a bidding system to help you get clients but they do not promise you will get a call. You must put money into site design,websites, and advertising. I personally made over 75k last year working on Keen and spent less than 500 of that on Keens bidding system. Most of my income from Keen was me doing outside advertising. You need to read about Keen and Niteflirt before you dive first into it and expect to make a bundle. It like any other job requires hard work to make the money but it is there to be made!

I cannot beleive that at least one of you said that you depend on Niteflirt solely for your income!! Take some advice from someone who has been there. They are OK to work for, if you have money to burn trying to get clients attention amongst the MILLIONS of other girls who are on there. You also have to advertise your a__ off to bring in clients.
After you FINALLY have built a presence, and gained valuable and loyal clients, they can and will boot you off and ban you from ever going on there again! They wont give you any explanation, just a canned email.
I advertised all over the place for them, bringing in clients right and left for 3 years! Then for no reason, all of a sudden I am banned. They gave no reason and no warning!
I KNEW the rules, I had been there for 3 years. So dont say I must have broken the rules.
Do not depend on them!

Keen and Niteflirt do not guarantee customers for their speakers. They are supposed to be used only as a company to process your credit cards. This saves a lot of hassle, especially with Niteflirt because opening an adult merchant account is troublesome. While they do advertise their speakers on their site along with others, they also strongly advise promoting yourself. You even get a $50 credit for getting new customers to Keen and Niteflirt.
As far as your $30, you could have just requested a check or direct deposit, just like you would have if you would had you actually made the money from calls.
As far as everyone on there being fake, Niteflirt and Keen are a free for all. Anyone can sign up for it and anyone can create listings. If you think someone is fake or whatever the case is, there is a feedback feature. When you call someone who you believe doesn't fit their listing or is charging too much for what they offer, whatever the case is, just leave them feedback.

Hello Id like to say no wonder that niteflirt and keen where so rude to you with that attitude of yours, id have kept your money to. I personally have had ZERO problem with them. and yes it takes alot of money to build rep, you have to advertize your stuff in groups yahoo niteflirt groups, sex newsgroups ect. Also male phonesex operators do not do as well as female ones, so takes even MORE cash and time to build reputation up. I have spent about 20 bucks on bidding and I been there only a week and already have 3 listings with 5 star ratings.
First of all. Not all people on niteflirt are old ladies pretending to be young. I am 24 and I am a phone sex line operator on niteflirt. also I have a friend on nite flirt whos 19 and another whos 21.
Please get your facts straight before assuming and clumping EVERYONE in the same group.
Hell im not just 24 but im in a wheelchair, cant get much more real then that. I asure you im not fake lol and neither are my friends are niteflirt.

Also male phonesex operators do not do as well as female ones, so takes even MORE cash and time to build reputation up. I have spent about 20 bucks on bidding and I been there only a week and already have 3 listings with 5 star ratings.

I'm responding to the original post about the PSO's etc. on Niteflirt (Keen,Ingenio, etc.) The guy who wrote scathing comments regarding the people who provide services on the site, obviously knows NOTHING about us! I am a phone sex operator using the Niteflirt platform to market my services. I am a beautiful young woman...not an "old woman acting like she's young". However, regardless of my age, the listings on Niteflirt cover ALL ages... from 18 -100+ (if they so choose). There are women in their 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's etc. Nobody said they're all gonna be young. This man is ignorant! In addition, he complains about fees to feature. Featuring on NF is a form of advertising...and one must always pay for advertising IF you choose to do it. No one forced this loser to advertise. Obviously, his listings were NOT well constructed...and most likely, he had nothing to say that would prompt a customer to call him! Sour grapes I say! Get a life, forget about your measly $30 (that is if you didn't actually spend it on phone sex with an "old" lady!! Move on already..your post on this site over a year old, yet you're STILL updating it in 2007! Wow...L-O-S-E-R get a L-I-F-E!!

What I have been, however, is paid extremely well. Really, it's all in the effort that you put out. And, you, quite frankly, sound like a lazy bum that doesn't bother to read instructions. No wonder you floundered! LOL!
The psyhics I have spoken to have been outstanding, by the way. You probably have no skill in giving readings and/or your listings looked like the work of a five year-old.

Also you are allowed 20 listings per account. Not 3. I have 7 on my account. You're allowed to have multiple accounts if you wish but that's when you need different e-mail addresses and whatnot.
As for what the other flirts are like...well that depends. Some are great and some aren't. Because niteflirt doesn't "hire employees" but rather provides a SERVICE for those who wish to start their own companies, these people aren't screened. So, you get some that are great and some that aren't. That happens with any company in this business though. there are too many things to say. you evidently did not know how to use the featured listing system. you bid too high if you went thru that much in 20 min! and i am not an employee as it is a platform for independts. you were not an employee. did you bring traffic to the site? did you have a website that you brought traffic from? did you become an affiliate and use the banners to bring in more traffic?
it seems that you did not make good use of the service that was available to you. niteflirt offers html schools for you to learn to make beautiful pages. as to how many listings you can have. you can have 3 accounts on one phone number. each account would have to have a different email address. and each account can have up to 20 live listings. and recordings. and the 30 you said you lost? that was promotional money more than likely and would not have been actual cash. you would have to use it on the website.
