Anyone considering spending money at "Keen.com" for their facade-purpose of "entertainment only", or who is desperate enough to entertain the thought that any phone psychic is legitimate should be aware that the site is populated by frauds more than willing to separate you from your hard earned dollars...AND that Keen.com knows about the scammers and yet hides behind their "member agreement" to avoid doing anything effective to address the unethical practices.
Keen.com stands on flimsy legal ground, but, technically, and barely, they are "within the law".
Any Keen customers should beware that the feedback system on the site for rating 'advisors" is a farce. There are "advisors" who black-list callers who don't leave glowing feedback. Keen "customer disservice" knows about this, knows that the black-listed callers get duped if teh call again, yet doesn't warn these callers/members that further calls are likely to be compromised.
One of the sleazes who struts her anger at being called out on ripping-ff gullible, vulnerable people spouts the righteous indignation of the thief and even brags about scamming callers:
"However, I have a smart way to block these suckers while still letting them spend thier money to just leave bad feedback lol and it really works and ohh so soothing"
Anyone who calls anyone offering 'readings" Keen.com is walking into the equivalent of a low-rent part of town where ethics-deficient scammers who don't have the character to get real jobs are waiting to play you, push buttons, manipulate your vulnerability and pretend to be your friend in order to steal your money.
Keen "psychics" are leeches and Keen.com knowingly hosts them, giving them a place from which to prey on people..
