Keith Hines was introduced to me by Alix Moore in Atlanta, GA.  Alix told me that Keith was raising funds for Dr. Robert Bayless whom had invented a polymer to stop corrosion and he could encapsulate gas in a polymer.  I met with Dr. Robert Bayless, Ed Bayless and Keith Hines and agreed to loan them $10,000 as long as it was a guaranteed return.  

They promised me that if something went wrong with the loan they would have other sources to ensure that they would return the loan with a 300% per annum by June 1, 2007.  Keith mentioned that many Pastors and Bishops were also investing in Dr. Robert Bayless' technology.  Based on trusting Keith Hines,  I shared this information with Michael Lewis and Billieray Lewis and asked that they assess this and they also loaned Keith and Dr. Bayless $10,000 each based on their own assessment.  They assesses as I did and loaned $10,000.00. 

Based on this date and them continuing to ask people for money I see what they are doing as a Ripoff.  After they pay me my principal of $10,000.00 I will gladly write a favorable rebuttal but not until I have every penny of my $10,000.00 and  my two Associates then and only then will this will be a case closed for me.  I will not speak for Michael or Billiray as to other damages they may pursue.
