It doesn't get any lower that this. To the best of our understanding, Kelly Bloom, formerly of Caravan Spice Works and now owner of Bloomworks Holdings LLC has allegedly hacked into the email account of a deceased woman, and used that personal email to allegedly send spam about her fragrance oil sales to America's soapers.
It doesn't get worse that this. The deceased woman had just died, and somehow, to the best of our understanding, Kelly Bloom stated that the alleged sale of her fragrance company to the woman involved before her death was not a sale but a license to sell fragrances. For this reason, is this why the deceased woman was allowed to trademark the former name. When the woman died, the woman's family was going to take over the business they believe they rightfully purchased.
The next thing we know, they are being threatened with a lawsuit. The widower still trying to get past his sudden loss...what does Kelly allegedly do next?
SHE ACCESSES THE PERSONAL EMAIL OF THE DECEASED WOMAN AND USES IT TO SEND ADS!
How can this happen you may ask? The back up email for the hacked account was one that was allegedly hosted on Kelly's friend's server. Thus, they allegedly accessed the account and all the information in the email account that did not belong to them.
Are you buying fragrances from Kelly Bloom of Soapalooza? She used the account of a deceased woman to post ads! There is no lower low that this. We are asking Kelly to formally apologize to the widower and immediately cease and desist all forms of harrassment. It's not the first time she's done this and she's not a stranger to the rip off report either!
Kelly you have done many things. I read that you sold rotten bay leaves. I read that you stole the names of other businesses. However the fact that you accessed a personal email account of a woman who died, to post an ad for your fragrance oil sales, is an ALL TIME LOW.
