Kemp Buono, Icicles Eyewear Currently owes our company over $7,000 Broomfield, Colorado

We began business with Kemp, as well as his brother Guy, in June 2009. As they have claimed to be two separate companies, we will be listing our complaint separately. We manufactured frames for Icicles eyeglass lines, as well as providing assembly at our manufacturing facility.  To date we are currently owed around $7371.10 from Kemp.

Kemp would respond to our requests for payment at his leisure, offering to pay but never sending actual payment. Each time, payment would be promised by a date (after a motorcycle rally, when he returned from vacation). In addition, each point of our contact was met with deflection; he would claim the product was faulty (quality tests at our facility prove that this is not the case); he would claim he owed less than we had on our books; or he would claim to not have the funds available. We offered him payment plans as well as the ability to pay by credit card.

After several attempts to contact Kemp (weekly calls, countless e-mails, certified letter) we still have no received payment for our labor or materials. Do not do business with this man. He will not pay you for your services.
