I wish I had read RipOff Report prior to signing the contract with viiviivii marketing.  I had members of my team who warned me about working with this group because things weren't adding up.  For instance, this is a company that touts itself as being the "best in the business" when it comes to social media marketing.  But, if you visit their Facebook page, they are only up to 21 "likes".  Ken Collis used the excuse that his account got hacked by a Russian company, trying to explain the small number of "likes" (at the time I spoke with him -- 3 months ago -- he had a total of 4 likes.).  YES -- I'm feeling stupid for believing him.  But...he is persuasive and sounds completely genuine when you talk to him, so it's easy to fall prey to his promises.

His website used to say, "A Mark Cuban approved Marketing Agency" and the website featured a photo and paragraph about Mark Cuban.  Ken told me that his relationship with Mark Cuban meant that he could take my brand worldwide.  Go to his website today.  The photo of Mark Cuban is now gone.  I wonder if Mark Cuban got upset that Ken used this as bait for customers -- possibly without Mark Cuban's permission?  I'm assuming that's the case because that content is now missing from his website.

viiviivii also used to have Tracey Keyser as the President of the company, and I was told when I signed the contract with them that Tracey would be my main point of contact.  I had ONE email exchange with Tracey, who told me she got my company on Zulily and I never heard from her again.  And, just like Mark Cuban, Tracey has suddenly disappeared from the website. I'm assuming she is no longer affiliated with this racket?  Too bad her name was tied into this operation, as she seemed like a nice and knowledgable person.

How here's where it gets HILARIOUS.  I visited Ken, Tracey and Alfonso personally to discuss my brand.  Ken said that he was so certain that my brand was going to perform well that he threw in one free month of social media marketing, in addition to the distribution agreement we had.  After three months of non-deliverables, I sent a very detailed complaint, showing bullet points of our signed contract, and pointing out that non of the deliverables had been met.  This was Alfonso's reply:

As you know, as a company we have the right to change our agreements and outlines at any time. You originally contracted our firm for Distribution and you signed our agreement. Since you signed up we have then changed our agreements.

If you search RipOff Report, Ken Collis, Tracey Keyser, Alfonso Macias, TLK FUSION and viiviivii Marketing are written about and complained about many times.  If there are any other companies out there who feel like they have been mislead with big promises and non-deliverables, please chime in.
