Ken Evans Ford Glenn Woodman, Andre Foksowizc, Victor Scudder Installed inappropriate and cheap wiring components that shorted out all brake and signal lights Duncan , British Columbia

Buyers Beware! Salesman ordered in a vehicle that was promised to have a trailer package.  When the vehicle arrived it didn't have the promised trailer package.  The salesman then installs one, I later find out from another Ford Dealership that Ken Evans Ford incorrectly installed an inappropriate (described by Ford Techncians as a "Cheap Piece of Junk") trailer harness that shorted out all signal lights and brake lights. Ken Evans Ford owner Victor Scudder refuses to take responsibility when I make him aware of their mistake.  I am out $177 to have the botched install job undone as well as what ever it is going to cost to have a proper one put in.  Not even mentioning the danger of having been sent away without functioning signal or brake lights.  I now have to take them to small claims court.
