Search Tipshe's believe to be in Victoria currently. He moves around a lot. I would be quite surprised he would have gone there considering the 20 0r so lawsuits against him there.
As for proof. all the documentation he uses is fabricated. He has absolutely no companies registered to his name. Any places he has dealt with, paid him and received no service at all, just old out of date modules that he would order as "demos".
Also, the platform he claims to have produced, is a demo of an existing software platform created by an american company. his credit cards are prepaid, and anyone who "invests" with him lose their money, and unfortunately cant be tracked because he always cashes them in Money Mart type locations, and never deposits them in Banks.
Unfortunately we can't contact you by email, as ROR removes emails. if you know anyone who has been scammed by Ken in your area, perhaps try finding out and contacting them.

If your friend has any documentation and copies of the cheques used if he gave him any money..that would be a good start.
