Unfortunately it's taken time for this catch up to Mr. Kinnie. Ponzi is one way to put it. I know of hundreds of thousands of dollars have been borrow or invested waiting for the funding event which has been in process for 10 yrs. I/We could go on for days on the integrity issues. When family members move away saying there is an issue then you know it's time to investigate. Hopefully the right folks will read this and ask more questions.

I am a related party in that I have invested money in this venture but could NOT disagree more with the information provided in the referenced report. While I am equally frustrated with the status of GTC, I believe that Mr Kinnie is a visionary and entrepreneur and has offer a global business and model that can change Global Trade and connect two of the worlds largest consumer markets. In my review GTC has been at this venture more more than ten years and several of the principals that I have personally talked with clearly understand the impact this venture can have on tens of thousands of lives. And while they have not done things perfectly the world markets change and I have personally talked with various airport officials, Sacramento Developments Groups and other investors that share or have confidence in this business opportunity.
While I cannot speak to all accounting practices, they have been conservative and much of the business model has been developed and validated by industry experts that I have spoken with and Mr Kinnie has provided me direct access to those personnel. I have visited the office several times and was met without reservation. I find it ironic that such comments are arbitrary, vague and are meant to provide deflamatory information when no substantive information is provided. Had investors like me lost money in the stock market, you look at the decision making and move on yet in this case a management group has invested more than a decade in this venture and the opportunity remains viable. This venture supports jobs, commerce, global market opportunities and is embraced by many state and government agencies that have had full disclosure. I would encourage any party to ask informed questions to the Company as I have every confidence they will address those issues in a responsible manner. I am hopeful that this vision is allowed to blossom and I support this venture without reservation.
