This man is a liar and not to be trusted. I contacted him regarding an asset of mine in Salem a great Salem Mortgage domain (MortgageSalem.com) and this man jumped on it right away and wanted the domain and asked me to create a site for him. I told the man I didnt normally do sites but I would help him out. We agreed on price and I spent the whole next day creating and adding the content for this mans site. At the end of the day he stiffed me saying my 6,000 domain was worthless. This man is brainless and shouldn't be doing loans for anyone, I would seriously be surprised if he doesn't loose his license soon. He tried to steal my domain made me waste a valuable day. His wife was in the background screaming profanities while he was talking to me calling him stupid and sounded like she was slapping him as well.

These guys are obviously and with out a doubt proven wrong and unwarranted in the lies they tried to spewed back. The reason they said I was trying to get over on Ken was because you needed to do way too much to get the site ranked and therefore receive the traffic. That I knew was a lie because with every domain I market I know the key word difficulty on it and knew this domain had a extremely good chance of ranking very high.
Well time tells everything and just like I said the domain is ranking top 10 on Bing and Yahoo with 2 listings in the top 10 on both. Sold this domain after I got it ranked for a little bit less then what this guy was going to pay. Problem with these people is they think because your black that you must be trying to scam them. This is just some of the type of people living in this country, ive dealt with it all my life. They just assume and no kind of proof whatsoever changes their mind and even clear solid proof is nothing.
MortgageDallas.com is selling for 14,000.00 on GoDaddy.com yet this guy was saying that I was trying to scam him because I was selling him MortgageSalem.com for 750.00 and remember the reason is because they said they spoke to a SEO specialist who told them there was NO WAY the domain would rank and if it did it would take YEARS. Well its number 4 on both and in spot 6 as well on both and its been like a month. So much for the SEO specialist.
Its not even funny though because my gripe was serious, I called him and told him I had it and he was stoked. Told me he had no one to create a site and asked If i would. I told him I would and kept my word and made the site in about 6 hours, called the next day to deliver the site as he already had the domain. Thats when he side swiped me by putting his son on the phone and the son started claiming all this bs and a little bit before the wife was going a bit bezerk too. I didnt really care, when you sell a domain to a mortgage broker they usually are ready to wire funds, its usually not a fiasco so i was not prepared for this guy to stick me for my 6 hours. Be a man and stand by your word next time and dont call people liars that you dont have any base to say so. All of this could have been prevented. I learned if a person doesnt sound like he knows what hes doing to not even do the deal. Simple as that

To clear the record: This guy whos posting my supposed info is this mans son who doesnt care about getting sued for lying and making monstrous claims like I did worker fraud because he doesnt have anything and is 29 and lives with his parents who support him. The man speaks like hes half mentally handicapped and slurs like hes drunk.
Sky Blue Online was a company I co-owned for 5 months and it had 25 EMPLOYEES we paid out over 150k in wages in those short months and I walked away from it to start a new company. But since I was the CEO I handled all complaints and was the face so all bad whatever went to my name unfortunately.
Policy 5 was a company I started right after that had 8 employees, we had 300 clients and 6 of them complained at the end because I closed it down mid month when I didnt want to keep doing 5 hours of CS everyday and making telemarketers do their jobs. Hated working with Telemarketers.
Both businesses made considerable profit and were successful monetarily but I didnt like having to make the telemarketers do their jobs, it had a high turnover rate like any other telemarketing outfit. Thats why I started my company because I can help people without needing employees to do their job.
Most of those people I dont even know who this guy posted up there so hes weird.
Now that thats out of the way... THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT ONLY A PERSON WHO WANTS TO TRY TO MAKE THIS SEEM LESS DECEITFUL WOULD POST THAT STUFF. YOUR FATHER HAD A BUSINESS CREATE A SITE FOR HIM USING THIER RESOURCES AND TIME AND THEN DID NOT PAY. THATS WHAT THIS IS ABOUT. IF I ORDER A TELEMARKETING SERVICE TO MAKE ME LEADS I CAN NOT TELL THEM IM NOT PAYING BECAUSE THEY DID THE WORK. EVEN I DONT USE THE LEADS, ITS A SERVICE NOT A PRODUCT IN THAT SENSE. THE DOMAIN WAS A MUTE POINT, IF I HADNT OF TAKEN IT BACK HE WOULD HAVE KEPT IT. BOTTOM LINE WRITE WHATEVER YOU WANT BUT ANY PERSON WHO CAN THINK PAST YOUR CONFUSION WILL SEE WHAT THE ISSUE IS HERE. This guy has some type of demonic spirit. Im dealing with business not a address I lived at 15 years ago or people I dont even know. This is about a business man, I called Capitol Mortgage Corporation and told this guy I owned MortgageSalem.com and told him the searches it gets and asked him he wanted it. I sell a domain every other day, I dont need to force you to take a domain that 3 other brokers right after you will want. In one city theres multiple brokers that usually want it, its obvious to them. Some own 15 domains, they know the value through and through. Your speaking on something you have no idea about. I have not made a site for any of them most have programmers working in the office. I made the site in 7 hours straight of coding for you thats my point and YOU STIFFED ME IN THE END. Thats what this is about owning 350.00 for my coding not what type of music I like and when I bought my IPhone 5. I find your behavior weird and disgusting and this is taking up too much of my valuable time which I think what the point of this is, So I will not be posting in response to your childish useless posts anymore and feed into this negativity. Your lucky I dont sue you, im done.

So when we sell a domain we do so knowing that the person who bought it is not a child and a real business person who knows what it can lead to for their business. Mortgage Salem has the most searches of any domain connected to Salem. Would have been a great addition and the favor I was doing for you was a nice gesture on my behalf.

No Room To Lie With Picture Proof

Here are the screen caps of the emails from Ken L requesting the website, He sent us 2.9 MB of docs he wanted on his site and even got me to say ill be available for months for support which by the way we never do for anyone. We sell domains simply, and below that is an appraisal for a similar domain showing a value of 5 times what he was paying. We didnt appraise Mortgage Salem because appraisals are done also on the age of domain and this one is only 5 days old re registered so the appraisal will misread.

What this man is saying is a complete and utter misinformed lie. We have emails from Ken Levielle ordering the domain and sent us his whole website for the content. He knew our interest was only to sell the domain and the website was just a ad on we were doing as a favor. Any person who knows about domains will tell you a two word geo based mortgage domain is golden, MortgageSalem.com is well worth the money and there is NOTHING extra to do besides have good content and not be a spammer.
Search engines want good content and since the domain is an EXACT MATCH for the search term MORTGAGE SALEM the owner gets traffic and in this case about 150 people a month. 150 people per month is great for mortgage because one closing nets between 3 and 15k, and if you have a close ratio of at least 10% you have at least 15 loans it's simple math. These people are misinformed TJ did this guy a favor and worked by this GUYS REQUEST FOR HOURS ON THE SITE just to have the guy not pay him that's why he's upset. His time isn't free and not to be used and taken advantage of, that's the real story.
In the end Ken was dishonest and didnt pay for services he ordered and lied to his family as to the nature of his part making it seem like the next day was a part of the close when in actuality the deal was made in the first 10 minutes and this man asked TJ about his advice about business and other things for 2 hours. Tj was nice enough to answer all of his questions that had nothing to do with the domain. TJ was going to sue because the guy still had the domain but he was able to go in and take it back before the guy changed the password on the account probably minutes to spare. Ken L is a liar and we would not do business with him ever again. That domain will be resold the very next day because any mortgage broker with half a brain can see that it is a extremely valuable domain for any MB in the city of Salem which has over 160,000 people.

Capitol Mortgage is a great company

My father, who is the owner of Capitol Mortgage, was recently a victim of a scam involving the sale of internet domain names. The scam artist goes by the name TJ but this is probably an alias. TJ's company is called Name Bloom.
TJ called my father at his place of business and presented his services over the phone and my father told him it was a good idea. TJ called the next day and said the services were already completed and that my father owed him $750 dollars.
TJ said that he recorded my father's conversation and said that because he had evidence that a sale was verbally agreed upon that my father had to pay or TJ would call the police and sue. TJ did not say that he was recording a phone conversation and that of course is illegal.
We did some research and called a friend in a similar business and we were told this is a scam to get my father's money. TJ was not telling the whole truth and neglected to say that there were extra services needed to be purchased and that we needed the technical expertise to update the programs everyday. We told TJ that he shouldn't call us anymore and this made him very angry, so TJ made a malicious and misleading report on this website as a way to get revenge.
My father has been running a great company since '93 and if there is a more honest and hard working mortgage broker in the country then I would like to meet him because I don't think there is one. I am very proud of my father and anyone would be fortunate to work with him. Thank you for reading.
