ALSO forget the FBI They are about as useful as a diet crouton. They have let this guy run wild here for over 6 years scamming people out of their savings, based on the fact that he steals in small amounts, the cops, the FBI, The DA's Office could care less, they have all been alerted along with TREC and they have done NOTHING. Powell has a license to steal.
I guess it pays to have this site because if you did not read it here you might have walked into his scam.
