On September 16th of 2012 I went to see Dr Lori Espinoza at Kendall Eye Center, 9001 SW 107 Ave, since the beginning the customer service was awful, not the actual staff, it was actually the doctor attitude, comments out of place, etc.The waiting was very long, and finally when I got to the consultation, she was assisting three patients at the same time, running back and forward between rooms. But whatever they were going to bill my insurance anyways so I needed to stick with it.
I tried three different trials of contacts during that month when I finally got what was a perfect fit for me I was very happy, without forgetting the long hours waiting for her every time plus all her comments, like "it took you more time to decide to purchase than actually put the contacts on" or " will you go to a dentist without teeth" or " well, you can stand this or this so what do you want me to do? You can not see well with any of them". So basically you do not expect that your doctor will treat you like that...
At the end I got the two boxes, and when I finished with my trials, I put the ones I have purchased on to find out that the right eye was a wrong prescription because it was one of the trials I have tried during the initial process but it did not fit well. So I went there to get an exchange and they gave me a lot of excuses, like I had an infection on my eye, and they told me that it was the right prescription so to see was going on I needed to make another appointment meaning more money and obviously I said no because I am %100 sure what I was putting on my eyes, I'm not a 5 years old kid.
During the argument the doctor was screaming to me and to friend of mine, who was with me at that time even when my friend is a disable person, she yelled at us telling us get out of my store i am going to call the police, you both are going to jail, she just did not care at all, I told her that i was about to report her but she did not care, then and then she grabbed the boxes and kept them and never gave me my prescription, I have tried to contact them to get back my stuff that I paid for even when those are wrong and to get my wrong prescription also that they say its right, so I can go to another doctor and compare, and Again bunch of excuses and not results. My insurance tried to contact them too and there is no answer.
She gave a wrong prescription
She stole my money and my product
She humiliated me and my friend who is disable
She has a lot of reports and complaints about the same issue on the internet
She assaulted us verbally with big words
Unprofessional doctor, she does not know how to do well her work
