Kenneth Webster, Attorney Partner-Joseph Scammed me for money, Internet

I received several messages from a Luis, Paralegal on Thursday, 11/29/2012 starting at 8:49 am; stating to call immediately, final warning regarding loan.  I have never received a call of this nature.  I called the gentleman back and he started to present legal information to me and stated that they have an criminal charges pending a warrant for my arrest with the San Francisco County Sheriff's Department and he was going to transfer me to the gentleman that is working with Sheriff Department.  I began to explain my side of the matter to Luis and that I have settled this debt and I am not sure why I am receiving this call and that I have been working with my legal firm to resolve; he began to say; are you threatening me and started to get aggressive.  At this point; I did not know what to do.  I was then transferred to another Gentleman by the name of Kenneth Webster who then start to state legal actions against me, I stole money from loan company, of one of my debtors; he had all of my information, including place of work. 

At this time, I was frantic and very disturbed.  I have never been in any trouble.  Then Mr. Webster stated that he sending information from the SF Sherriff's Department to the SC Sheriff's to issue a warrant for my arrest and that he was going to send the Sheriff to my place of work.  I stated to him I have not done anything wrong.  Mr. Webster went on to say; how much did you owe on your loan and I stated to him; I have been working with my legal firm since August of this year and they have reached a settlement with this loan company.  He stated that this was incorrect and he is issuing a warrant for my arrest and I can work out the legal matter in court once I have been arrested.  We agreed on a settlement of 815.33.  I tried to reach my firm for assistance and the loan company and no one was available at time of this matter before releasing this payment to him.  Mr. Webster only gave a certain amount of time to release the funds due to the filing of the warrant. He continued to call and provide pressure and then he finally got the money.  He said he would call me to confirm release of warrant of my arrest. 

Then two hours later; he called to state it was too late and the warrant was issued for my arrest and that the SC Sheriff Dept should receive notification within a few minutes to pick me up.  I called the SF and SC Sheriff's office to confirm this information and they did not have any of this information nor did they know a Kenneth Webster.  I called Kenneth Webster back and spoke to Luis who then transferred back to Mr. Webster at 2:39 PM and he stated that arrest warrant was issued.   As the day went on; no Sheriff came to my door or work place.  I then was able to verify with the loan company that my account was set and that they did not file any transactions of this nature with any outside agency.
