The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Shab Kerendian during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Kerendian & Assocites, Inc.

Kerendian & Associates is a law firm founded in 1997. They dedicate themselves to provided legal representation that is very personal and detailed. Shab Kerendian stated the following about his company, "I establish a very personal relationship with my clients and one of the reasons we become very close is because a case takes about maybe a year sometimes to three or four years to go through the process. Whoever becomes my client we get to interact with each other for a number of years so we get close." Kerendian & Associates works mainly in business litigation and real estate litigation.

Leads for Kerendian & Associates are primarily obtained through referrals from past clients. Potential clients will always receive a free consult the first time they call. From there Kerendian & Associates will establish if their services best suit the client’s needs. If so, the appropriate paperwork is signed and they begin their professional relationship.



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – KERENDIAN & ASSOCITES, INC.

During the onsite interview Mr. Kerendian was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He expressed that sometimes clients are dissatisfied with the vernacular used in certain documents. In order to remedy this, "I show them what I'm going to file ahead of time because in 20 years of practice I've learned...just show the client what you are filing, let them give you their feedback ahead of time and then you can incorporate that into the document before it goes out." Additionally Mr. Kerendian is adamant when it comes to effective communication with his clients, "I really try hard before any hearing and before we go to court to explain to the client what that risks are, what the possibilities of success are, and what are the potential issues with the case so that they understand. In court it’s more of an art than a science."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Kerendian expressed that a potential client called in to inquire about their services. She requested to send various documents in for Mr. Kerendian to review. He stated that this was fine, but not to submit the original copies of the documents. However Kerendian & Associates did not accept her case, "we didn't take the case, we didn't sign the contract." This was primarily because the potential client could not afford the required services, "she asked me to keep the paperwork until she lets me know, until she comes up with the money. So, I saved the box for her." Mr. Kerendian periodically reached out to inquire as to how they should handle the rest of the documents, "I never heard from her until I got an email while I was on vacation saying I refused to give the documents back to her." However, this was far from the truth, and Mr. Kerendian and his office did everything they could to submit the documents back to the client, unfortunately she blocked their number. The issue was resolved after they submitted the documents via an overnight FedEx shipment.
