Please take notice that Fisher and Cohen, LLC ("FCL) has initiated an action in the United States District Court, CDCA, Case No. 0071-cv-04596 due to allegedly false statements made by you (the "Action"). In the Action, FCL seeks to subpoena the records for your contact information and any other messages that you have posted on the website Rip Off Report, www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "Marco" or any other pseudonym, about Kerry Larkin and or Ideal Paint & Body inc. to the West Palm beach Office of Fisher and Cohen at: PO Box 16435 West Palm beach Florida 33416. This is an attempt to gather information in order to initiate a claim in the United States District Court.

Florida 85254 in compliance with FRCP Rule 45.

Wow, it doesn't surpise me that I'm reading these reports on here about Kerry Larkin.  He tries to hit on every girl he sees.  I know because I used to work with him!  What a loser.

This a**hole writing this bs should be arrested. Kerry sold Ideal in late 2008 or 2009, get a life scumbag

Wow, good thing I read all these reports about this shop.  I was about to go get my car fixed there.  Now I know I will never go there to get my car fixed and I will spread the word around not to go there.  What a scam artist.  I will also suggest women not to go near this guy as he sounds like a pervert.

I have been to Kerry's shop and so have many of my friends and family. Their work and customer service is nothing but excellent. Kerry is a perfectionist and his shop is clean and organized like no other. He takes pride in himself and his work and why someone would badger him and his reputation is beyond me. Like the first comment, it is very obvious that its something personal, maybe this someone should look at them self to find the real problem.

I am a Ideal paint & body customer, I have been to Kerry's shop on numerous occassions, they fixed all my cars and I have recemended them to everyone I know that needs car repairs.
I also dealt with Kerry and his manager Jeff, they are both very knowlegable and professional.
They helped me with my deductable and the repairs where also perfect.
In response to the complaint, I think there must be something personal and Kerry sold his shop after over 20 years in business in 2008, not really sure how they could of worked on a 2010 like the complaint says.
