This individual has buried himself under so many LLC's any investor in his get rich quick scheme should be careful. Nevertheless, in particular, part of the program you will be buying for $10K will include a way to make monthly 'rent' from essentially abandoned homes. On the surface it seems like a good idea - until you read how the banks, states' attorneys general and law enforcement are starting to look at how this type of program is defrauding taxpayers. Pay close attention to the word 'defraud' before you try this at home. Good luck!

Steve, I'm not sure what in the website or anywhere makes you think I have anything to do with the 2 posts from concerned citizen. I would appreciate you letting me know what that evidence would be.
I think like any posts the idea is that you make your own decision about whether an opportunity is right for you or not. If you are looking for Kevin C. you are either him or are considering working with him. In the case of the former I would suggest a more 'robust' rebuttal. In the case of the latter I would suggest add some details as to why you think why what Kevin C. is doing is not suspect.

It might help others to go into more details about what this "KEVIN CANNON" person was trying to offer you. Was he trying to get $10K from you, for a "kit" or was he offering to take your $ as an investment, promising returns on it from the rentals of the abandoned properties? How did he initially contact you, find your name/number? Do you have anything in writing with him?
Yes, there are a string of shell LLC's, including some in the timeshare resale industry and the loan mod industry - both industries are highly fraudulent.
Currently he's calling himself a "real estate investor," who gets title to high-end abandoned homes (by buying liens, subject to the mortgages, of course,) rents them out, and claims he can "settle the debt for pennies on the dollar" with cash, (but debt settlement is only be done by trained, diligent attorneys who know how to sue the bank and beat them down.)
He claims that (for a large fee,) you can even put your upside down home in the name of a trust and end up getting it back. Says it's "legal." Sounds like mortgage collusion, to me, and fraud.
The attorney generals all over the country are cracking down on this common scheme and Pam Bondi tells me there is a new task force being set up now to deal with it.
