Kevin Conn, A Director at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, is a ruthless snake. He has crushed and abused many people to get to his position. He started out at a little over minimum wage but when the all white management found out how ruthless and cutthroat he was they quickly promoted him. He was used by the all white management staff to abuse the black employees. They couldn't do it because if they did they would be sued. He is without a doubt the most cutthroat person I have ever seen. This is how you come up in corporate america if you are black. CRUSH YOUR OWN PEOPLE. His rapid fire promotion shows there is truth to this belief.

Everyone says he is a snake. Only out for HIMSELF. If you get in his way he will RAILROAD YOU. There were people who thought he was cool. All the while he was sitting and chatting and talking and laughing with these people he was figuring out how to undercut them. [continued below]....
