Kevin Conn, now a Director at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, located in Carrollton, TX was directly involved in the criminal and racist acts committed at Wingspan and directed at their african american employees. Kevin Conn, a black man himself, who is married to a white woman and associates with the white race and disregards the black race, has the mind of a Klansman. He seemed to be someone who would do anything to move forward in Corporate America, even if that meant compromising any morals or integrity he had (which he did not have to begin with) by stepping on and crushing other blacks under his feet.
Kevin Conn, was promoted by Justin Belter primarily for his ruthless behavior in regards to the black employees. It has long been rumored in the african american community that white people surrounded by blacks usually pick "ruthless blacks" to do their racist acts because they are so afraid of lawsuits. ..... If a black man does the dirt, they falsely believe this will shield them from any lawsuits. Usually the high ranking blacks, especially those who work in very white male dominated, bigoted and hateful organizations have to fill that roll of being whatever the "master" wants them to be and they learn to do this perfectly. Kevin Conn was no exception.
While employed at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors I witnessed Kevin Conn force employees to lie to customers, set up employees Justin Belter or any other "white associate" took issue with for termination and routinely lie and mislead the black employees on job performance, raises, pay, work load, etc. When a white employee, especially a white woman would walk his way his tone would change, his behavior would change, he immediately would become more affable and likable whereas right before he had been cold, aloof and ruthless when dealing with a black employee, especially a black woman.
People this is how the white man for centuries have been able to divide and conquer blacks, moreso than any other race. Blacks have shown a great weakness when it comes to being so easily led astray where they turn against their own. Even for the white man's crumbs. I have seen this in every organization I have worked in, although never has bad as with Wingspan. Blacks being primarily promoted to harrass and oppress other blacks within an organization. The white man is unually skilled at the "Brown vs Brown" mind games. Throw one black man an extra nickel and he will be as loyal as any dog and will turn on his own.
I am typing this to serve as a Public Service Announcement to every black employee out there who has a black manager (a token black face) in a hostile white male dominated environment. Think again if you think because he looks like you he will be fair to you. They know they didn't get promoted except to fulfill an evil and hateful agenda. It's time you knew it too. These black men are too stupid to know that once they fulfill all of the evil obligations they have been promoted to fulfill, once they promote white privilege and finish doing the bidding of their masters, they too will be caste aside as if they are nothing.
